Mine all know when I dissociate. T1 quietly asks who is present. T2 would ask me to come back. It depends with T3. Sometimes she goes with it, sometimes she tells me to come back. Sometimes she asks me to show how dissociated I am by raising my hand.
But they all know and they all react. |

People notice when I'm dissociating, but they think I'm spaced out or ignoring them. Either way, I'm good with that.

My nephew and the doctors had my mom moved by ambulance to the hospital, and the doctors will make arrangements for admission to the nursing home from there. I know this must be a very difficult day for my father. She hangs the moon for him, and he must be really sad that this day has come. I know the rest of us are, but it is time. We can't continue to risk Dad's own health and safety. He needs some rest and peace of mind.

A half a grilled pita split horizontally, like a pizza Homemade mayo Half an avocado cubed and all squished onto the bread Lime juice, salt, paprika, pepper An egg over-easy with a tiny bit of asiago cheese grated on top Made a mental note to include a bit of cilantro next time, maybe
