The book is older and its just the jargon they use. It has the word hysteria in it and refers to borderline as narcissism

I always pictured heaven as a place where I could do what I wanted but never get dirty. Then again, growing up JW, I also don't think that's "heaven," per se, but the restored paradise where those not chosen will live.

Religion is weird.

Thinking about "therapy is not a science.". Well, music is not a science either, but it still has value. There is a "theory of music" which is fairly scientific, but music theory comes nowhere near explaining why music matters.

I have never taken "therapy is not a science" to mean therapy has no value.

I do often think the "therapy is an art, not a science" line is used as an excuse for mistakes by the therapist. I have heard it used so.
