They'd have to give me more blood thinners... They rather have me taking more pain meds.

I used to think that I'm just unlucky to run into stupid doctors. Apparently it is rather that I'm just overreacting to everything

Hugs. I think you're unlucky with doctors. Blood thinners sound bad with SH though. I hope the pain killers help. I've never needed crutches, I can't imagine how painful it is.

I'd agree if the doctor knew about the SH. I luckily have no scars so close to the foot in question... I probably won't take the pain meds though. SHing without pain sounds rather dangerous to me... And I need to know when to just sit down on the floor and cry because it hurts too much

(The crying thing is meant sarcastically...)

I'm at T's place studying. Taking a break and walking downtown

T said "no breaks!!" I said I have To or my brain will turn to mush!

Oh and he likes my shoes

Impulsively bought a chair. Now I have to rearrange my living room but I'm excited for a new look and feel

It is SO HOT OUTSIDE THO I'M SWEATING 'EM

I had walked downtown without my wallet or car. I saw the chair and haggled the price down. Then I had to run like 10 blocks back to Ts place to get my stuff. T was sitting on the porch with his wife and kids. I ran up and said T!! I BOUGHT A CHAIR AND I NEED SOME ROPE!!!

He was like umm wtf? But then his wife got me a rope from her trunk

I have been thinking about getting a chaise longue for my study. Problem is, nowhere to put it in there unless I put the punching bag out on the balcony.

Lorazepam hangover...

But I've been in logistics meetings since 7am no break. I have half an hour off before teaching til 8. I am barely functioning and grouched at a server for not allowing me to sub a salad for french fries. I never grouch at servers

I had a couple of errands to run today, so after I was finished, I decided to just go out for a while. My T wants me to be more willing to go out alone, so I tried. I ended up buying a really cute top some new nail polish. Now I'm exhausted. I may take a nap before H and I go to the movies tonight.

Grandson headed to hospital for possible broken arm. I know no other info. He broke the other one when he was 3. Just as summer is hitting.

hey all.procedure went okay. the 2 hours of anticipatory anxiety was the worst part. I slept through most of the procedure. Came home and slept for 4 hours. The urgency and pain of peeing didn't magically go away

Though the amount you pee blood at first I was like "WHOA" and the nurse standing out my door said it was normal. I am a little sore where they did the procedure.

So glad it went well Velcro. Can they tell if it broke up the stones, or do you just have to wait and see?

wait and see As of right now, i am peeing with the same frequency (maybe more), and it still burns like the dickens. I see my doctor for a follow up next week, but he did warn me it sometimes takes weeks for the stone to pass. There is an 80% success rate. If I fall into the 20%.....
