I'm sorry you're not doing well, BCM
We're here... And we're ready to help if we can.

I'm sorry about your laptop too. Must be annoying...Can anyone fix it?

You're not a pig. It happens to everybody
Thanks for this!

It would be cheaper for me to get a new one or rather a refurbished one.

Hihi. Not in celebration mood.
Glad your leg is better - is there anything we can do to help you get out of crisis?

Whoa, 12 weeks! I wouldn't survive. I'm proud of you. Do you usually see T weekly?

Are you okay? Can we help you?

Dunno. I want to be sure my T is real. I miss him and worry

Hm... he was on Tv or radio, wasn't he? Would listening to them make him more real for you? 9 days is awfully long... remember when my T was on vacation last time? I barely made it then.

Nothing much you can do really. Just the usual.

I spent days just laying on my bed being empty, I dont remember moving very much, it was hard. I used to see him weekly but I got really ill and lost my job and I had to see him fortnightly or monthly. Now I am better financially I want to ask him to go weekly again.

BCM, I hope you can return to weekly sessions.

Captgut, I echo demunie, how can we on the couch help? Will reminding you that T will return and is real help?

For me, it helps a bit to have transitional objects from T.

I've already survived for 12 days. 9 days to go...

Yes, i watch and and listen to it quite often. It helps... but it makes me miss him even more

I don't think he's real. It's just a video...

I don't have a transitional object...He never gave me anything.

Maybe you can ask T to write you a note. That's my transitional object from T. It says "I care about you as a person, not just a case number", among other things.

You could ask him to write "I am real, I exist."
Thanks for this!
