Once again, I have solved all your problems. No need to thank me.
I should just start paying you $1,000 a month, oh wise one!

(In contrast, current T would needlessly ask me about my feelings about not-sleeping + boss + random other totally irrelevant things.)

I don't even need to make an effort to stay up late -- I've been going to bed at like 2!
Thanks for this!

Can you schedule your email to send in the morning? Otherwise, I would opt for sending it tonight.

ETA nevermind I see you have it all figured out
Thanks for this!

Believe it or not, I've somehow never managed to do the scheduling thing with any finesse -- supposedly, technology's improved but man, the damn thing never ever (like ever) gets sent when it's supposed to.
Thanks for this!

I napped half the day trying to get rid of this cough/congestion. Getting a sore throat now too. Need to get well before my trip...

Bosses prefer to think that calling in sick is a last minute decision when all other options have been exhausted. It is not my experience that they are ever grateful for advanced warning. It just makes them resentful and suspicious.

Get your butt to the dr and get some antibiotics. You should be getting better an youre not. Strep throat etc is nothing to fool around with. You dont want to end up like Jim Henson or with flesh eating disease or something. If i get worse instead of better in 3 to 5 days, i go to the doctor. Napping after a week is walking pneumonia. The Big Shoe has spoken!

I think it depends on your profession when bosses prefer for you to call out. If I waited until this morning to call out, my principal would be pissed because it's difficult to schedule a sub this late.

And Art, I agree with una. You've been ill for several days. Go to the doctor.

If I go and it's nothing I'll be mad at myself. Especially as I can only repeat in 6months.

I have my old textbooks. Abnormal psych and life development. Psych 101 was boring to me mostly. It's a brief review of neuroscience and a brief overlook at psych issues. Abnormal psych is where they really discuss diagnoses and symptoms. I had a horrible teacher for that class. She spoke very badly of people with borderline PD. I reported her to the dean actually haha

Also she gave us a final assignment to go to Walmart and count the obese children. They all met up and did that. I refused. And reported that as well

Is anyone here in the eclipse totality zone? My house is in 99%

Apparently further south in upstate SC is 100%. However traffic will be insane and people are jacking up hotel rates for influx of people coming to watch the solar eclipse. I will prob stay here with boby. Unless I'm at work

It's meh. Mehday. I go in to work at 9.get off at 4. I'm asking a friend for money. Being in between jobs has been hard. I was expecting a full check last pay day but I had forgotten they run a week behind. So I got half a check. I get paid every two weeks so it's been really difficult to keep my head above water. I hate asking ppl to loan me money. It makes me feel like a major p. O. S.

Just looked it up, and it's just 80% here. The peak will be almost exactly halfway through our MC appointment today, which amuses me a bit. I wouldn't be surprised if he whipped out a few pairs of those viewing glasses and suggested we hold our session outside.
