My T suggested I start a mood journal, and also get a day planner to keep me organized and motivated throughout the school year. Does anyone have recommendations for planners I could buy? I don't have the energy or motivation to make up a bullet journal and I'm on a budget lol

Would you consider using an app? There are quite a few good ones out there.

You could buy a standard notebook and make it yourself? I love little notebooks for organisation.

Dollar store notebooks. You can always use nice wrapping paper or washi tape to decorate the cover as you like

I want one that's already made up for me sinceI don't have any motivation to make one and I'm willing to spend up to $30 on one I really like. I've tried apps before but I like having the visual trust of a notebook or list making so I know there's nothing I could be forgetting

I completely understand that. Have you tried looking online?

I know you prefer physical media. I normally do too, but I've been very happy using the iMood journal as a mood tracker and Journey as a diary. I like the security of having passcode protected writings, especially when I need to make a real time note about being triggered in a public setting (I'm way too paranoid to take a physical journal to work). iMood is particularly easy to use: just select a mood and corresponding numerical value and write a brief description if desired. Your entry is automatically time and date stamped, making it simple to keep track of mood trends over time.
Thanks for this!

I highly recommend "The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Wellness Planner: 365 Days of Healthy Living for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit"

I have one and it stands up to wear very well, it has places to write down three things you are grateful for everyday, and encourages you to complete small goals towards recovery.

Check out the Amazon.com site for a glimpse on what it looks like inside.

Good luck!

I'm a physical planner, and rarely have had success with apps. So I understand the struggle. This is the second year in a row that I've used The Happy Planner. They come in a variety of sizes and styles, and most are in your price point.
