I have my session in a little over an hour. I'm feeling really emotional about seeing him after his vacation because I just feel relieved that he's back. I don't have to bottle my feelings up anymore now that my support is back. I really don't want to walk in there and start crying. I will feel so foolish, but I know it's going to happen.

Re Una that's literally what he asked me to do. "You know when you go to an orchestra concert and there' s some crazy guy playing his heart out, making chaos, and that's all you see? I want you to be that person. I want my whole orchestra to be that person. Classical music is dying and this is the only way to save it."

If that's the truth then let it die, I'd rather eat a pinecone and wash it down with a cinderblock.

Is he saying all classical music should be played that way? A chaotic Moonlight Sonata doesn't sound right?
It sounds like he is a maniac who hasn't thought this through. Sounds like he should restrict himself to waltzes and polkas.

So V emailed me to remind me of our initial session on Wednesday. I’m nervous. I don’t want to meet her. She might suck like the last one did and I can’t handle that. I need to just find solid ground again.

So speaking of the one I fired, I emailed to let her know and all I got was a paltry “I’m sorry to hear this, of course, but thank you for reaching out to me in advance.”

I’m not even sure what to make of that. Whatever

I like Salerno Sonnenberg. I have been to several concerts where she was the soloist.

I don't see this as a me too thing.
He may or may not be a conductor one wants to work for - but I think focusing on NSS's body is going a bit far.

I was training for new duties and came home tense and stiff and hurting all over. I'm not sure I took a deep breath today. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier as I sorta have a clue what I should be doing now. Ugh.

My 5 y/o cat just came home from the animal hospital yesterday after spending nearly a week there with liver problems. She appears to be doing great, eating and acting like her old self...BUT.....our 8 month old male kitten is being aggressive towards her. I'm not sure if maybe she smells like other animals, or what his problem is. So we have our older cat separated from our two kittens (a sister and brother from the same litter).

Polibeth...glad your furrbaby is home. It is quite common for housemates to be aggressive to the one coming home from the vet. Just keep them separate until the smells settle down.
