Art , that is so scary H's e coli is aggressive to the antibiotics. Superbugs are so scary. I am really glad he is in the hospital.

Granite, really hoping you're heart is okay, and your doctor called to say your bloodwork looks good.

It is scary. I was dealing with things ok until the Dr came in this morning and sat down. I began tearing up immediately because all the other days he was in and out in like 40 seconds literally. I knew it was bad when he sat down.

Right now we are waiting for the infectious disease specialist to get here.

I'm so thankful for you guys keeping me sane. And that I let myself call t earlier. She helped me a lot just hearing her voice.

I got my FMLA claim started and they made it retroactive to cover this week. So that's taken care of til I get the paperwork I have to fill out n have Dr sign.

Art, I have experience with intermittent FMLA, but it was for my own medical issues, not forgone someone else, so not sure how helpful I could be.

Today was the biggest show. I felt like I did more student management than teaching. Threw 2 kids out of class. Normally one is overkill for me.

Was talking to one of my colleagues after school and it helped me put into perspective how hectic my schedule is. I do after school remediation once a week. My class started on Wednesday. I'm having to teach my new coteacher everything while my old coteacher is basically MIA. My student teacher starts in 6 weeks. H and I meet with McDreamy* next Thursday. Just ughhhhh. It's too much.

Oh, and I dumped V. That's my update I guess.

*I've decided my reproductive endocrinologist's nickname is going to be McDreamy. He is so hot

Eta - so today i figured out how to listen to music from albums i have purchased on my phone as i walked. I am SO modren!!

Also i started watching Hoarders.

If you have to ask...

I can't watch Hoarders for more than ten minutes without giving in to the urge to get up and start cleaning my house.

Just had a talk with H about how much we each earn and contribute to the relationship. Feeling like **** now and

H was trying to be supportive but failed miserably...It was probably mostly my fault though...

I did something unusual for me. One of my longtime friends has been texting wanting to help somehow and there's really nothing she can do except help me relax and blow off some of this tension so I told her that and invited myself over tomorrow nite if she was available. She just responded n said she is and is very glad I found a way she can help.

Why is it easy to help someone else but so hard to ask for help from someone else? Hmm.

H is sleeping so I'll probably head home soon. I took a few hours for myself today before coming back so will do the same tomorrow.

I don't have an answer for why - but it's definitely the same way for me.

Hoarders and my 600 lb life are giving me a different perspective on my own life. According to my family, i was the worst at everything. Sheesh. Its one thing to scapegoat someone, but you gotta be a special kind of dumb to believe your own lies. Like did Cinderella's blended family really think so poorly of her?

I agree, social anxiety does suck. Luckily, I do have the weekend off. I am being observed Monday and I am so afraid that I am going to get anxious which pretty much blocks my ability to think, which makes it difficult to articulate anything. I am going to spend time tomorrow preparing for one hour or so and then I am going to try to forget about it. I am able to do fine when I am alone.
