I don't know how you feel about online review sites - but here is the wirecutter's pick and why:

KK does make a good donut.

I am not a trifle fan. To me, it messes up both fruit and cake for no good reason. I don't mind a good boston creme pie, but I draw the line at whipped cream (Which I really don't like) layered anything. And why do that to fruit - nature's candy on its own - it doesn't need goo in a bowl.

Cats don't like to be called "stray". They prefer "independent".

Morning couch! I'm excited this morning,
Possible trigger:
I still have a long way to go, but I'm trying not to focus on that.

Hugs/head nods all around as appropriate.

I found a place that will take my person's books. I am glad I don't have to just throw them away.

I feel anxious today and it's becoming a more regular occurrence to feel this way lately. Sometimes it's so bad my hands shake. I didn't have this before the fire and the month of hell preceding the fire. I wonder if this another PTSD symptom. I think my therapist doesn't like giving diagnoses but I really wonder if he thinks I have PTSD or just some symptoms of it. I don't know why I don't want to ask him.

Goes with the territory, NP. Can understand why you don't want to ask him, though. Labels can be hard and confining, but it can be helpful to put a name to the thing.

I just remembered that a fire truck with sirens blaring passed me as I was driving to work. It didn't trigger me like it did last time, but of course memories were brought to the forefront. Maybe that's why I'm feeling so anxious today.
