That's something I'm trying to figure out. Part of me feels good about it. But part of me is also worried that it will keep me stuck in a sense, in that I can still rely on him if needed, that there's still the connection. (I think T is concerned about that, too.)

Not that it's any of my business, but I say, it's always good to have backup support. Crisis are not like a often occurrence and yes it can keep you stuck in a way but realistically, I think your mind and part of your feelings inside will always keep you that way anyways. when someone really impacts your life you don't just "forget" them and move on.... well most people don't anyway.

Heck you have TWO T's there for you for crisis, I don't even have 1. I'd say, you are a lucky woman. Keep working on yourself and your progress but also know, that support is ok. Just don't over use it, based on my own experience, that tends to push people away

Just a quick poll how long is reasonable time for a T to reply to an email whilst on holiday? I need to know If I'm being unreasonable which I probably am TBH.

It brings up memories from when I was 15 and my psychology teacher who I was close to wrote down her email address and handed it to me on a yellow sticky note and before hugging me said that I could email her over the break if I needed to. So I did and she replied after a whole 34 days- I know because I sat and counted each and every one of them. I wanted her to care. I wanted R to care. It's been two weeks since my last session with R and he doesn't feel real anymore. My lego figure which I kept with me as a transitional object doesn't work anymore.

Depends where they are, and if they said they would be able to check their email, and if they said they were amenable to getting email.

So i would say a week.

Awwww. I just hope we don't end up like those couples who spend thousands on their weddings and are all lovely doveyto the point of irritating just to split less than 2 months later.

I haven't heard of ADOS. I just finished with an episode of Nazi Hunters. Our Dr Fraiser Crane has a new thing out called "Like father" about a father who goes on a cruise with his daughter after she's ditched at the alter. There's nothing good on Netflix- thankfully I don't pay for this account but the father does.

Lemon,

Idk, some T's, like mine, avoid all work stuff on holiday so there is no emails etc... but if yours is not that way (yay!) I would say a few days...

I've tried to find out where he is but his wife hasn't updated her facebook profile recently and he's stopped posting on trip advisor after I told him I found that account. I'm pretty sure he's in England though.

"Please do let me know if things get bad- especially if you'd like a one-off session before your exam."

That's his full wording though and that's all I have. The other times he's never agreed to email contact and he wasn't very open to it when I brought it up- this time around I think he only did it because he knew that he triggered me in our last session.

I want to email and tell him that I don't want the session that I asked for and to tell him don't tell me you'll be there for me when you won't.

Use Artie's keyboard shaped one which was on sale from Amazon. Store buy and just add your own toppings?

But you two communicate with each other that way on purpose. That to me is the problem. I think he has bad boundaries. That makes you suffer. He is repeating your family's bad boundaries.

I used to do Postcrossing and would do the same thing. Sometimes you can find really neat old stamps on Ebay that cost less than their face value. The only trick is making sure you can fit enough of them on the postcard to equal sufficient postage.

My kids are building a house together in Minecraft. It's a bit hilarious and a bit disturbing. The little saw a bunny and conjured up a carrot for it, but the eldest dispatched the bunny in the meantime. The little retaliated by destroying a piece of the floor.

I'm just happy they're getting along and spending time together. And wishing real life was like a video game, where I could have whatever I want at my fingertips.

Madame T was the adulterous affair I never had. (Among other things.)
