I think something has happened to the old guy who lives with his son who has Downs Syndrome as 2 other carers and i think 2 family members have turned up. I dont know him we wave at it each other from our doorsteps.
I amfeeling uncomfortable like i am spying on them. I am only drinking coffee on my back verandah. Stupid thing to think. But i have thought several stupid things this morning its that kind of day

Rainbow , can't they give you real pain meds? It seems like you have tried and done absolutely everything you can and it isn't fair for you to be in acute pain to the point of not sleeping night after night.

No PT since Thursday, and not til Wednesday. Lidocaine kind of burns but if I take a shower I can't use anymore because I used too much today. Maybe I need to be on that awful Gabbapentin if CBD oil doesn't work. My doctor said Medical marijuana but would take a few months to get it, and would cost very much. I'd probably have side effects. I never smoked it. I'm so miserable!!!!!

About parents. Mine were good, and showed their love for me but I still have attachment problems.

They did mail me a proof of service thing last year after they served it to him, so that's probably why they need my address. H knows my address so I don't care about that. It's my new phone number. I changed it partly as a way to break ties since it still had our old area code. For some reason, giving him my new number feels invasive.
Yes, please don't put your # down. I trust your H -1,000%. I would talk to the sheriff's dept or someone who can help you with this. They must have a plan for people who are afraid to put their addresses/phone #s on a restraining order. Like, DUH.

NP, can you ask a domestic violence organization if you can use their office number? The chances that you would receive a call from the court would be slim, and in the off chance your husband gets hold of it and calls, they would be the perfect people for him to reach.

Maybe you won’t need this, but is there a tutoring center at the college, just in case?

Ugh.. I will be doing the same in December. Not looking forward to it at all! Good luck! Look into tutors for the class if need be.

You can do this! I did a minor in Math and had to take statistics for my major. I hated it where I liked other maths, but I still made it through. You've got this!

Stay away from my scotch. It does not go with oreos or hydrox. I always thought hydrox were oddly salty.

Salty, yes. But at least they don't stray into weird flavor territory.

Speaking of which (to some), I made shakshuka for dinner with leftover roasted eggplant, zucchini, carrots and beets, and leftover green lentils. Damn fine!

Emotional or not, it is a perfectly rational thing also.

I usually do the traditional poached egg in tomato recipe, but saw a new (to me) version that was really good: "poaching" the eggs in olive oil, spooning it over the eggs so that the whites puff up and get a bit browned and crunchy, while the yolks stay runny. Then lay them on top of a generous portion of plain Greek yogurt, along with roasted veg. I also added a pinch of sumac and some za'atar before serving.
