Thanks everyone. My therapist emailed me back this morning and offered to meet with me and I may take him up on that. I have no one else in person I can talk to.

I was on a several month break from t when my dad passed back in 2013. T was the first person I called after my brother had let me know and it was helpful to briefly talk to her about it. I called my mom after talking with t.
Thanks for this!

My person dying was one the few times the woman was useful. I texted the first one that I was not allowing them to intubate my person. It was useful to tell someone (unlike when dealing with person's family etc) to whom I did not have to explain the reasons.

I'm glad you heard back and that he's willing to meet with you. If you see him, hope it helps.

Today is the 1 year since my beloved dog died. I keep hoping T will text me but I know he wont. I hate that it's on a weekend

I went to a movie this am... and I will be going to sit in the memorial garden with him. Trying to get my mind from obsessing too much

We met mid-morning. It was helpful because it forced me to shower. I couldn't make myself yesterday. It was helpful because I just needed to be with another person today, even if it was only for 45 minutes. It was helpful because it made me feel cared for that he would drive down there to meet in person on a day he doesn't work. He's going to call me tomorrow too, which made me start crying because why is he so nice to me when I don't deserve it.

Does anyone have experience making pigs in a blanket?
This is my first time. I didn't expect a whole head of cabbage to only have 4 leaves that wrap. The other leaves are too thick. Do you have to buy more than 1 cabbage?

I ended up shredding the rest of the cabbage and making a meatloaf with most of the filling then adding the cabbage as a garnish with sauce poured on top.

Cabbage Rolls

This is not the healthiest version, but I am having cravings for cabbage rolls with mashed potatoes! I just can't figure out the cabbage thing so any tips would be appreciated!

In group therapy, River told his therapist she had a "warped messiah complex." (Are there any non-warped messiah complexes? )

She tells him "all voices are welcome here."

Then somehow they end up back at his apartment sharing a bottle of wine, eating eggs, and she's telling him about her dead daughter.
Thanks for this!

Pigs in a blanket when I was a kid was a hot dog wrapped in a raw biscuit then baked.
Thanks for this!

River (TV series - Wikipedia)

On Netflix. Basic premise: detective sees dead people, currently trying to solve the murder of his partner, who is one of the people he sees.
