yeah, i know i have. and i don't know what else to do while i wait. everything feels unbearable. i can't see her more often, due to time constraints on both of our parts. i doubt my pdoc will be very helpful tomorrow.

Yes, I am *that* mom who forgets about getting Valentines for school ready until the night before. On the plus side, I bought them a month or two ago (better than last year, when a bunch of us last-minute shoppers were frantically scanning the holiday section of Target the day before). Of course, most of them come with candy or snacks, and we're not allowed to send them to school. These have tiny erasers on them.

I can see that computer programming would be a good distractions. I can usually concentrate on teaching my groups, but my depression is making focusing/having any energy feel close to impossible. It is winter here, and I think the lack of light is not helping. I might have to buy another light box.

Now h is talking about quitting his job!! he got an email today with yet another set of new rules contractors must follow and we can't figure out how to do this newest thing that they want done. they say they are going to withhold pay unless they do as they're told and use this app on their cell phone (which does not work as they are being told it should) and he wants to tell them to go f themselves and walk out.

This is not the time for him to become unemployed when we don't even know if we still have a marriage, for ****'s sake.

I only get to see T 3-4 more times before her leave She said April 1st is her last day. I don't know if that means she's actually working on the first or not? I hope she is. Then, maybe, I can be her last client. I'm so sad though. Six months is a long time. I'm a little excited to get to know L. T and L have already talked and T says she likes her and they seem to be on the same page. T and L are also going to be at a therapist connection event? so they'll actually get to meet each other.

Oh, and we all 3 agreed that it doesn't seem like a dual session is necessary. T said that it's still an option for me, but I agree with them. I'm not really freaking out over L atm, so I don't think I need a "hand off".

He won't be the only one who has a technical problem with the app. He could simply ask them to help install it. Or show him how it works, or whatever.

Technical problems need technical solutions. Chill, dude!

Things are pretty hard in my house right now. And probably will be for a while.

I went to my lovely dear friend's house today. She is training to do natural treatment for allergies, and she wants to do the treatments with me. I am curious about and open to trying new things, so I said yes, even though I'm a little on the fence, because I can see a healing value to being nurtured and cared for, and the 20 minutes resting in a dark room part is also lovely. Nurturing and rest are in short supply around here.

Before we did the treatment, we had a good long talk. I dumped my last couple weeks, and told her I am doing great, considering. Later she started doing an acupressure thing on my back, and I nearly burst into tears. I didn't because I knew she'd stop and cry with me and be right there, but I am not quite ready for that yet. But I guess I'm not doing as great as I thought.

I relate to that. I ate French fries 2 days in a row and dessert eek while on vacation.
