It’s supposed to be warmer here tomorrow. I’ve been wearing long underwear for so many months, I don’t know what to wear.

Whew it's time for a couch break. I'm tired and my back hurts. One day my house will remain clean enough for me not to work myself ragged every weekend. Maybe when I'm living here alone?

Spring needs to hurry, I need temps warm enough to refinish my latest project so I can spruce up my kitchen. A coat of paint would be welcomed as well.

Hope you're all having fun tonight!

Off to clean more, have a good day.

One of P's subsequent faux pas was to compare my situation to the advert for Sky box sets, featuring Idris Elba.

Awww you kinda are like me!

Ah I used to watch that with my mother. But hated it when there are little bugs everywhere.

Yesterday I was watching videos about a mom of 10 who spent $1230 at Trader Joes, Aldi and Sam's club. It's crazy to just watch, but it inspired me to take care of my spending. I've been good with the gym this month, but my diet hasn't been the best so I'm working on that now. I made soup!!

Good morning! I'm up before the sun to do my 4 hour 6th day overtime. Get 'er done early! This evening I'm going to the observatory at my college for an extra credit thing using the deep-sky telescopes. Should be interesting.

Hugs and headnods as appropriate.

I hate the first day of turning the clocks forward an hour. The day goes super fast and I feel like I don’t have enough time to get all my stuff done in preparation for work the coming week.

It usually takes me a month or more to really adapt to Daylight Savings Time--it sucks. I tend to feel perpetually sleepy and out of sorts for that month (don't have the same problem shifting to standard time).

I'll be done working in 20 minutes, thinking about where I'll walk to this morning. Maybe to the library again. I think it's open today. Or maybe a little farther to Walgreens. I dunno yet.

I hate when you want to make an adult decision but you can't without someone else's ok.

I have been speaking to a woman who is wanting to give away her dog and while it's not my top choice on a dog (I wanted a special needs husky mix) I really love this breed and he's got shyness issues which is my favorite thing as a trainer to work through.

I can't just get it though without my brother, whom I live with's ok and my mom's because I work in her home 5 days a week and take my dog with me. Neither have said anything yet. In December everyone was ok with me wanting a second dog but now it seems different.

My brother suddenly wants a dog of his own and I'm just unsure. It really sucks because this would help me so much with healing and moving on. I realize that someday I could have a special needs dog but with the mental state I'm in these days, it's not the best for me. I need a younger dog who I can train to do therapy dog work with again.

I may still meet him tomorrow but I'm just really bummed that I've no idea if I can, it makes me feel like I child having to wait on other people's ok. I really need to get looking at places of my own again and hopefully move out by summer

I have managed to distract myself this weekend with wedding planning and trying to get numbers on invitations needed and addresses. Maybe if I don't get into this clinic, it means that there is something better planned for me.

I did find an autism support group in my area though that I'm planning on going to next month and an mental illness group that I may go to this month. I'm actually looking forward to getting out of the house and talking to someone other than my fiance. Must be a sign that my AD and AP are working.

I took a nice walk, well 3 actually so far, with my dog today, it's still snow filled but the roads are melting a bit and it's sunny so it's nice out. I brought my phone and took some pics too, even though it's sickening, baby T is right about trying to find the "good" in the bad situations like how snow can be pretty

I'm having a really craptastic day. Phone call with therapist did not help, only served to make me think I've alienated him. I have issues with feeling like my feelings are wrong and that I shouldn't share them with others and the call seemed to reinforce that unfortunately. I hate when the relationship with my therapist starts to feel shaky. I hate second guessing what I should/shouldn't share. I think my lack of progress is making him think he's not a good therapist. I know I'm not supposed to worry about his feelings, but I don't want to make him feel that way! He has helped me. I'm just having a rough patch at the moment. I feel like I should tell him again how much he means to me.

NP—from where I sit it seems like you have made huge progress. Sometimes it’s hard to see, both for client and therapist and everything feels stuck. But I honestly believe you are on the right path and you have an excellent travelmate in your therapist.
