Can't you contact him and tell him you don't want to quit? It's okay to change your mind. I'm sure therapists are used to clients quitting on them and then changing their mind.
Thanks for this!

we talked about quitting for a while because things werent working for me and i tried the exercise he gave me but he doesnt give clear instructions so i was unsure of what to do nd somerhng triggered me so instopped nd he saw it as me not doing the workand i got angry because i dint really communicate well and couldnt tell him what the problem was and rhats just my problem i am totally incapable of telling people things because i assume they are not interested in what i say.

One of the things I learned in therapy is that I'm allowed to change my mind.

So there are apps that scan product barcodes and tell you if it’s gluten-free.

Not cool: some foods I have on hand that I thought were gluten free are not.

Good luck - but why not try out some other guys first? He is not the only therapist in the sea.

Gluten is hidden in a lot of weird places. IT is a pain to find it all.

It is amazing how many of them seem like they need a good punching.

I just had a serving of instant potatoes for dinner. Hopefully this is my culinary nadir. I don't guess things could get much worse, but I'm always surprising myself.

Depends on what you added to it - just water, or other stuff. Btw, nadir was one of my words in the grown up spelling bee in the late 80's where i attained 3rd place.
