so far in this town i have seen 6 and they all start off the same except for my t and thats why i chose him because he wasnt all smiles and how can i help.

i dont mind instant mashed potatoes i am assuming you mean the dried flakes i always add extra butter to make them taste better. i really only eat them when i am too depressed to cook properly

Hi couch peeps. I haven’t been posting a whole lot because I’m super tired. I haven’t been able to sleep more than 3 hours a night recently. It’s really taking a tool on my mind and body. I’m work a lot over the next 4 weeks and I’m having housework done which is interrupting my weekends. H is also getting frustrated with the house being turned upside down because the work starts early and he doesn’t get home from work until 2-3AM so his sleep is disrupted big time and his job is very physical.

I’m just not myself lately and it’s not just taking a toll on me but others as well because they are getting a different version of Jersey. I’m not a very likable person lately. I’m trying to hang in there until the dust finally settles but it’s not been easy.

And thus armed, off to Australia to punch some therapists.

How are you eating, Jersey? I seem to remember that you had some sleep issues earlier this year that we were associating with hunger. Do you think that's the problem now?

i think my t just devolved through time to the standard t model.

Just water. The flavor was homestyle butter. It was between that and sour cream and chives.

I usually don't eat garbage, but I'm just so depressed lately that I either eat garbage or I eat nothing. I don't have the energy for anything else. So basically been having an ice cream pop for breakfast then eating a cup of easy mac for dinner. EASY MAC ffs. If I can stand waiting an extra 5 minutes in the kitchen, I steam a bag of veggies, too.

But today it was just the mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt pop and the instant potatoes. Pathetic. Washed the last of the strawberries we picked last week, but I don't feel like eating them. And I love strawberries.

i have to rake my dog into the vet this afternoon. he is not well socialised like me and tends to pick fights. i hope there are no other dogs there.

My dog overdosed on benadryl last week. He is so naughty!

are we going to punch them with gluten in the hope they they are celiac? i saw some show the other day where someone assaulted a police officer with a nut containig food in the hope they would die from an anaphylatic reaction

punching therapists is not an incentive?

Um.... Not with Madame T, no. Some therapy lessons work better in real life than in therapy! (Further evidence that therapy is not "real")

Usually she won’t go on our road trips with us.

But yeah, maybe the prospect of therapeutic punching put her over the top.

Susannah thats totally luna cuisine. Like one bowl eating, one thing at a time. Partly i do it because then i am one and done. I will stop and wait for twenty minutes to see if i am still hungry. If there are multiple foods, that makes it more complicated to do.

I have had a lot of T’s who blamed me because I couldn’t figure out what they were asking me. Now I have a different T, with a bigger tool box who doesn’t mind explaining things or trying them a million and six ways if that’s what it takes for me to find my way. It is truly a totally different experience. I hope you can find someone like I have found. The other BS just is a waste and does more damage IMO.

OMG... I go to work, get in a fight with H, eat and I miss like an entire double length episode of the couch! Feeling so left out. Please tell me I didn’t miss the grocery trip or the T punching trip! I love my T but he has opened my eyes to how many T’s need punched.
