That is like saying petroleum jelly is gluten free and it has the word jelly in it. But still don't put it on your gluten free toast.

Also @@ what did they do to the chicken to make it not gluten free? The whole chickens in my local grocery have carbs. I don't get it. It's meat. They brine it in carbs and gluten?

At the moment my big problem is cough drops. Halls are not guaranteed to be gluten free but I had to use them today before I could get out to get a gf kind.

sent my t a text even after he said not from the parts who wanted to keep working and were not asked for their opinion. we said we still loved him even after he acknowledged us with the ifs nd then just as quickly ignored us because he thought it wasnt working at no stage was anybody asked their opinion. i am thin king maybe he wasnt the best person for me and yes when i get ober ll the hurt i will look for nother T maybe.

i feel really stupid now liketime i asked the guy i really liked to dance with me and he justturned back to his friends and laughed.

I had the urge to drive by my therapist's building after work today to see if he was back yet from whatever made him miss our session yesterday, but I resisted. I've missed him since our last session.

i love cake i am thinking of going shopping and buying every description of comfort food. my face aches from clenching my teeth and i am feeling flu-y. my t said he would ring my gp and see if she can get me an appointment sooner than the one at the end of the month

Ugh, I know T is back and was in the office today. I was hoping for some kind of reply from any of the emails but have been neurotically checking all day and nothing. Feeling sad. Now H is coming Thursday so I don’t get T to myself (at least I see him again Monday). Now I am being mauled by a cat. He ran out as I came in and spent fifteen minutes sure he was going to die until I put the groceries up and got him. Ugh.

I'm still in bed. I think I'm just broken.

So the other T I am seeing tomorrow (Now I'm wishing I had said no) totally blew me off. I asked at 7am this morning about any openings for today for the cheaper rate, nearly 12 hrs later and nothing. Rudeness is something I'm not a fan of

I think it's very rude but that's just me. I try to be respectful and polite when people email, especially if they ask to reply

I’m still battling my second cold and was spaced out and had almost no voice (had to cut class short earlier because of it). She asked if I wanted to cut session short. Said she’d only charge me half.

I think she just wanted to leave early as I was probably the last appointment of the day.

Hole in the thigh seems like a bit much. I can't imagine the therapist exposing her thigh flesh to me.

I keep staring at the word "hole," convinced there's something off about it.
