I love the aurora borealis and would like to see it one day too. I find it challenging to paint but i might give it another go and if its good enough i will post it.

Also still waking up panicking. If i go back to T i will feel weird becuase i said the smaller parts loved him in a text. Alos from what my gp said my T didnt think i was being honest when i saw the other Ts, And it was a well over a year go that i saw them i didnt think this was something that needed to be discussed and i just wanted to see if the other Ts were all the same and i only bought it up because he seemed to think i wasnt committed and i just used it because i thought it expressed my commitment to him and i also told him he wasnt as **** as them. Isnt that enough?

Since this is the couch, it got me wondering... How many of you actually sit on a couch in therapy? How many of you don't even have a couch in the office? I do with baby T because it's all he has.... I didn't with any of the others I tried, they all had chairs only

I don't like that they changed the thanks and hugs to icons. They are small and it seems like it would be easy to hit the wrong one. Obviously, that wouldn't be the end of the world, but it's still annoying.

I usually sat on the couch, sometimes laid down on it, t sat in her chair, sometimes we sat on the floor.

The therapist has a couch. The only chair is hers.

Back in february though she was making noises about getting rid of the couch and replacing it w a chair. I told her I liked the couch. I bet she's replaced it now.

Current T has chairs only. Former T had couches only. Funny that.

I sit on a couch in T's office--don't ever lie down on it though. I'm on the end with an arm to lean on. Also sat on a couch in ex-MC's--me on one side, H on the other. With ex-T, sat in a chair in her old office (don't think she had a couch), then when she changed offices, I sat on a couch (I think that's all she had? was a really small office).
Thanks for this!

Isn’t there an aurora australis?

I bought a new cutting board (my old one is wood and therefore might secrete gluten particles from bread I cut on it). Now I should deep-clean my kitchen for the same reason.

After four days of no or little gluten, I’ve lost my stomachache and there is an observable GI difference.

yep there certainly is but strangely it costs more to see it from Australia and it takes a few weeks to do it as you have to take a supply ship to Antartica i think

Thats fantastic!

I know if i want to make myself sick, all it takes is milk and a box of Grape-Nuts. Not puke-sick, but stomach-ache, body-aches, and head-fog. Then as soon as any discomfort clears (burp!), i want another bowl. Then im down again. Thats why Grape-Nuts comes in such small boxes - they know its power.

I would like more detail about the GI diff. Are we talking 💩?

Of course you’d be interested. Si, si. Color y firmeza.

I’m not translating that, it’s pretty obvious.

I’m also much less hungry than usual.

ATAT - glad it is working. For all the effort you are going through, at least you can see it helping.

I loved grapenuts mixed with plain greek yogurt and berries. But as I have been ridding my house of gluten (not celiac just gluten sensitivity) =grapenuts had to go.
It is amazing to me how even when I don't notice feeling better from not eating it - I immediately feel worse (with unpleasant side effects) when I do.

But good lord, don't encourage exhankster's unhealthy freudian fascination with the digestive tract.

Hey new couch! Today at work was rough. Why is there a drought in the morning and a monsoon in the afternoon? During the boring morning I would have loved some of those activities that came around 2 o'clock.

Ah well it's the weekend. Time for housework and a haircut and some cooking. Maybe a nap if I'm feeling rebellious.

Hope you all have a great weekend!
