I had a bad dream last night. Yesterday I had yoga, and my instructor told those of us who showed up to class before break a few hints for the final module of the semester. The questions are short answer rather than the usual multiple choice, and she told us the ways people lose the most points. It was appalling. Apparently, people don't capitalize "I," use slang and CURSE words, and also write their answers as if they are texting her. In my dream, I submitted my answers and realized afterwards that I had written them in text-speak. The ridiculous thing is that I don't even use text jargon when actually texting.

Culinary tip of the day: no salt added cottage cheese tastes weird.
Thanks for this!

There are written tests in yoga?

Btw, did your shoulder get better?

Seems like Yoga teacher training to me, possibly?

It's easier to edit something you didn't write yourself. At least for me...

We were thinking of doing deliveries, but it just wouldn't make enough money. H actually has possibly 3 jobs lined up: one for Hewlett Packard, one for General Dynamics, and an interview today to be marketing for local sports teams.

I'm going to be talking to L tomorrow on the phone to discuss all the options.

The yoga class is for PE credit at my uni. There's a generic "wellness" curriculum taught online for all PE classes. It's pretty sappy and ridiculous, and I'm pretty sure there have been a few outright factual inaccuracies and definitely some distortions of facts. The yoga part is just the in-class lab.

My shoulders are fine now, thanks, @@. I went to see my PA about them and she told me it was my dog walking job that was preventing them from healing. I got a waist-walker, and they got better in no time.

Yep. He still has his Tesla... My car is a lease. He wants to return my car and keep the Tesla, even though we can't actually afford to break the lease.

That way I could still talk to her same frequency, just shorter sessions. Hugs to you, scarlet.
That definitely might be an option. Thanks!

Good morning Couchies. How's everyone? I'm okay, a little tired, and a little headachy but that is sort of normal for me. I'm leaning closer to committing to no SH until Pentecost. I still wish I could have discussed it with T, but I can't do what I can't do. I'm pretty sure I'm going to commit, I just haven't done it yet. There's something pulling me back and I just need to sort what it is. I still have a few more days...My pharmacy is supposed to have my ADHD medication in today so I hope so. I hate when I run out of it. I'm so tired without it. And of course my focus is shot. I was having hallucinations of people this morning. It wasn't scaring me, it was just bothering me. I didn't tell my Dad even though he was up. He just doesn't get that stuff. And my Mom just panics and wants me to go to the hospital all the time but there's no point in that. They seem to have stopped for the time being so I hope it doesn't start back up. I did have a lovely walk this morning before work. I saw the same man and dog as yesterday and petted the dog again. (This dog was on a leash and wasn't barking or anything so I wasn't afraid of being bit). The dog's name is Hope and she's gorgeous. I wanted to take a picture of the dog but I thought the guy might think it's weird. It's much nicer walking around the walking park than around my neighborhood and all the dogs are leashed at the park unless they are in the dog runs. It's so much better. I broke down and emailed former T. What is wrong with me? So now I'm waiting for a response which I know will let me down because it won't be enough. Sometimes I hate myself because I keep doing stupid crap like emailing former T. (It's only like once a month but still....I know she will take a long time to answer which makes me stressed and then it's a short answer and I'm depressed.) HUGS Kit

Hugs, Kit.

There's nothing wrong with you - there's nothing wrong with needing support. At least you know how to ask for it. You're doing what you need to do to get through.

My workplace have been involved in a project that came down to a public vote. Just found out that we didn't get the big amount of funding, although we do get something.

What's one more thing at the moment, eh?

No salt added cottage cheese is an abomination. I would not feed it to my dogs (they like cottage cheese and get a little spoon of it on their dog breakfast every morning), let alone try to consume it myself

It's pathetic to mark an email from my therapist as unread in order that I get to repeatedly re-live that thrill of receipt (even though I am fully aware that I am tricking myself), isn't it? I really need to get a hobby.
