Now I am cooking my first deliberately gluten-free meal: chicken in a sour cream-garlic sauce on a bed of riced cauliflower.

(And it’s a chili pepper, SD.)
Thanks for this!

Sounds tasty.

But there’s no bun.

And don’t chilli peppers also deserve happiness?

I have always pictured chili peppers as being a bit more dignified.
And the happy hotdog is dancing naked except for the little hat made of pickle relish

A chili pepper makes so much more sense. I never could figure out why the dancing hotdog had a ponytail. Ooooooooh, it's because it's a stem.

A random couchie question: what sorts of things do y’all call your SOs (current or former)? I caught myself calling my BF “honey” and can’t decide if that’s weird or not.

Calling your BF honey is not weird. I don’t call my husband anything but by his given first name. Any cute nicknames or honey or babe or whatever wore off years and years and years ago.

I had nicknames for my person and she did for me as well. My friends and I all have nicknames we use with each other as well. The students have a nickname for me (that they tell me about - they may have some they don't tell me about as well).
I don't think it is weird regardless of whether BF is boyfriend or best friend.

Hubby, sexy, sweetums, snookums (if he is on the verge of being in trouble) and His full first name if he is in the dog house. Most of my friends only know him by hubby and call him Omers hubby.

Recently I had a dream that involved "waking up" into a different dream twice before I actually woke up. That really messed with my mind. I also experienced my first hypnopompic hallucination several months ago. It was terrifying; I would not recommend it.

My wife and I call each other "sweetie" or "babe" and a couple of other pet names that are more like inside jokes. My T calls her husband "honey" -- don't ask how I know that.

I call my h "hubbly" he has a nickname for me that's a play on my first name because when we first met he couldn't spell it correctly he is an abysmal speller.

We just got home from furniture shopping, we bought a new couch, a sectional kinda thing. I love it. The ones we have now are pretty beat up, we've had them for about 12 years or something, and I've been working so much overtime since October that we were like let's go for it. Kinda celebrating our re-commitment or something I guess, a symbol of a new start in our marriage perhaps.

I need to get rid of my couch. The one in the living room is pretty triggery for me. Might explain why I only pass through the living room and don't actually do any living in it. Actually the whole room is kind of triggering.

Okay, now that I think about it, half of my house is triggering. The living room, the master bedroom, and the garage. Maybe one day I can get my **** together enough to sell the house and move.
