Hi, friends.

Thank you for the hugs. Because I am really trying not to eat all of my feelings this week, I made a thing. It's not @NP_Complete's painting yet...because I'm still working on that.

I dreamt I was on a Titanic Re-enactment Cruise. There was going to be a Giant Inflatable Iceberg but I woke up before that happened. Speculation on board that the iceberg would be in cruise company colours.

I'm trying to imagine getting on a boat with the intention of playing out a Titanic situation. Can't see it happening. With my luck, there would be an actual maritime emergency while I'm standing on the deck with a drink, thinking I'm enjoying a show.

Good morning Couch. Just spent time talking to EDD on behalf of my boss trying to figure out her disability stuff. So much fun. Had a dream about former T last night. I can't remember it though. I wish I could. I think I wish I could. Maybe it was something bad so maybe its a good thing that I can't remember. I miss her. I'm super tired today. I've had this coughing thing for a while and I don't know if that is what is making me tired or what. I feel like I need lots of coffee. HUGS Kit

I didn't we took them out to a place they've been wanting to try, my son got this huge honkin' burger that had pulled pork and onion rings on it too, his gf got a more reasonable burger lol. I got a southwest grilled cheese that had 2 kinds of cheese, tomatoes, onions and roasted green chilies on sourdough. Yum! h got tri tips. Next time I'm cooking though! and will probably make lasagna or something.

I played too much this weekend (lunch out Saturday with my friends and dinner last night) so I still have to do my lab for this module... I'm looking over it now and it looks rather lengthy. Interesting, but long. It's about climate change on Earth. And I'm working another 58 hour week this week besides. The sink was full of dishes, I have a mountain of laundry waiting.... So. I did the dishes before I fixed my lunch, so that's done. I asked h to do part of the laundry (just the towels) so that's getting done. Ate salad and printed out the lab questions - check. I can do this. Time to go start working on the lab, for the last 15 minutes of my lunch break.

I am curious about something. T let me know he has an earlier appointment this week, if I wanted to take as the last couple weeks have been rough. However, that appointment is at is his other office, which I have only been to once. I briefly considered taking it, but I just couldn’t because it’s not familiar to me. I would rather wait an extra day to see t in my regular office where it feels safe and comfortable. I wonder if anybody else would do the same? Just curious really.. I am in with my decision even if it seems silly.

That’s is a good observation.. it does have some negativity associated with it. Also, the regular office just feels comfortable and safe to me. I even have a spot that I sit in, in the waiting room.

You guys remember I saw my doctor because I was having this tingling in my hand and arm? She referred me to a neurologist and suggest it was too much muscle pressing on a nerve.

Anyway I did nothing about it and it got worse, happening several times a day.

It’s gone, just vanished since I started gluten free. Celiac can have peripheral neuropathy as a symptom, apparently.

I am glad it is gone and glad the gluten free is doing such a bang up job being positive so quickly for you.

I lost all my t's texts not that there were that many when my last phone crapped out. Don't have any on current phone. But I have 6 years worth of emails... starting at the end of year 1 as I didn't have her email address til then. I may print them out and put in my box of therapy notebooks.
