She is psychodynamic. I mean, she won't do anything and it's not like she flies into a rage. That wouldn't be very entertaining. Her tone of voice shifts subtly and her way of speaking alters slightly. I wouldn't say she's flustered though.

I'm not sure if I will go through with the tattoo idea. I feel an insane urge to giggle every time I think about it. I am not the giggling type. Might be easier to just accuse her of not caring about me, although that stings my pride a bit. Plus, she was just out of town, and I don't want her coming to any crazy conclusions based on that dramatized accusation. Maybe I could say she never listens...

Oh, it's all so complicated, manipulating one's therapist into exactly the right kind of argument...

Just vacuumed the small couch really well and put a big sheet over it to keep the cat hair off. Son is going to come pick it up for their apartment since he hasn't bought a couch yet. he's been using the futon that he had in his room here as a couch since December!

Trying to pick the appropriate flower arrangement to send to your mother on your dead father's birthday is overwhelming.

Saw the backup T today, it was alright, he wasn't a jerk this time BUT he wasn't really helpful either, we barely talked about the 2 yr thing and he just kept saying to find distractions. So hopefully I can see baby T one of these next days, stupid weather

I wish it was time to leave for my therapy appointment already, but it's not. I still have another 70 minutes before I have to leave.

I should have taken a shower. I wish I had a hat to wear to my therapy appointment. My only hats are winter ones, and it's in the 70s here. Maybe a scarf or bandana...

Stopped in to see my gosling (chiro) - got two hugs! - he showed me, he had a note to call me today! What a sweetpeep!

I have to do my hair myself before i decide how gross my new haircut is.

Riding the bus into town, i was like, geez, i had to see a stupid t - ie ride this stupid bus for ten freakin years, not to mention the previous lifetime - because of my idiot family? I was also thinking, things shouldnt be this hard. But mostly, the "t" bus ride made me angry.

Sent T an email because I am overwhelmed by the connection from last session and want to know how to connect again, how to be present with him. He replied with two very concrete things for me to do... a perfectly legit reply... and I am feeling crushed and devastated. Did I not really want a reply from him? WTH was I expecting or needing that wasn’t there... he told me concrete things I can do next session... and I just want to curl up in the corner and bawl my eyes out until Monday. I am SO over me!

My boss can be annoying sometimes. But she left early for the day so it's good. Now I'm just waiting for three hours until it's time to go home. Blah. I'm bored. HUGS Kit

I'm wearing a short sleeved work T-shirt today, but since my arms are loaded with SH scars, I'm wearing a pair of sleeves. Two people commented today about how they liked my undershirt, but it felt dishonest to let them think it was a shirt, when it is sleeves, so I showed them that it's just sleeves. Now I'm paranoid and thinking that they know that I SH or that I'm covering up SH scars. Should've just stuck with a sweater like I normally do. Sheesh. Kit

woke up in a paninking blethering mess. Havent got out of bed yet it is a bit cold but there are 3 pairs of eyes saying feed us. i dont usually watch Bob Ross but i love his little nuggets of wisdom at the moment. Someone just bit my toe so i better go feed them.

Does our dictionary have a biographical section? Cuz we would need the gosling, the russian ambassador, who was it @@ went "shopping for sim cards" with?, junior cat emeritus, ex-MC, and Mr T (i pity the fool!). And "the woman".

Also add "non-performing hair".

Ironically I had to go shopping for a sim card and I thought of the couch!

Turns out I needed a SD card not a sim card but that's another story.

i have found full episodes of my favourite martian on youtube. yay it was one of my favourite shows growing up. i think i saw the guy who played the martian on an episode of star trek once
