I have the theme song from The Thin Blue Line with Rowan Atkinson stuck in my head. I have been watching those episodes on tv. I think he is very funny. I am not all that keen on Mr. Bean, but I loved the Blackadder series and the thin blue line and others of his work.

It's so irritating when you write something and it gets deleted.

I was too depressed to argue with the therapist today. I did amuse myself by telling her I wanted to argue with her, and also by filling her in on the suggestions I received here for starting arguments with her. I gave the specific examples of asking for my money back and saying she has underperforming hair. I did, of course, keep my own ideas up my sleeve for later deployment.

I also told her I was really disappointed because I'd forgotten to pull all the pranks I'd been thinking about for April Fool's. She said she only had one pulled on her and it was that someone told her there were naked pictures of her on social media.

Also, she was kind of mean to me in the beginning and if gravity hadn't been weighing me down, I would have walked out 5 minutes in. I kind of wish I had now when I'm thinking about it, even though the session turned out fine. Damned inertia.

Because we were dodging thunderstorms for a few days, I had to take the dogs on more frequent but shorter walks. Now the dogs have started expecting two walks a day. I am putty in their little dog paws.

i wonder if giving up struggling with one thing will give me an opportunity to find something else. My T and his stupid quicksand analogy. I kind of liked struggling along with him, but what if i dont struggle with anything and just let things happen. I dont know how to do that because i have always tried to control everything.

It's getting windy but I'm still hoping to get my walk in tonight. I almost have my 10,000 steps in which I think is pretty good considering I didn't get 5000 on a walk. HUGS Kit

Oh, this reminds me that I briefly referenced Info in my T session Monday. I commented on how someone from one of the offices had come out into the waiting room, and I assumed it was one of the massage therapists because she was wearing capri leggings, but I supposed it could have been a T, how some dress differently. Then I mentioned Info's ripped jeans and cleavage. He seemed amused and said T apparel sometimes came up as an issue in grad school.

Today's session was extremely hard for me. I'm exhausted. He probably thought it was great because I cried so much.

The therapist seemed shocked when I sniffled a little bit last week. She so lost composure that she even demanded to know if I was crying.

I told her I didn't want to go to yoga. The sad thing is that it was the truth (that I was emotional over my dread of yoga, I mean).

That was my favorite too! And my econ teacher in high school looked exactly like uncle martin. It was summer school, and we found it extremely distracting, waiting for his antennae to emerge. Ray Walston. He passed fairly recently. I was a huuuuuuge fan.

i have mowed more of my lawn before my neighbour can get a chance. i am so conflict avoidant i cant tell him to keep out of my yard but if i dont tell him he will keep doing it, so i am taking the passive aggressive approach.

I think the therapist moves her chair around. And it is only now dawning on me because I'm about as observant as a rock.

Or maybe I'm just crazy.
