You have a pool- hey big spender spend a little time with me?!

Had my followup appt with surgeon this morning. I'm healing fine from the surgery, all looks well there. She answered my questions. Also told me as far as the pathology goes there was more that she didn't tell me on the phone.
Possible trigger:
i have to go back in a year for another CT scan and possible exploratory surgery.

If one is married, it's always our money. A spouse who doesn't respect that is a thief.

Stephen Donaldson wrote the Thomas Covenant chronicles about a leper whose wife left him and had to lose half his hand is transported to a land where he matches the description of a hero who will end the great wars but he doesn't want to be the hero. He keeps being summoned back against his will

The last time I was involuntarily hospitalised I picked the wrong mental health nurse to joke around with she had no sense of humour in the 8 weeks she was responsible for me when discharged

I dont disagree. But he ACTS like she can like it or lump it, and technically - legally - hes right, isnt he? I dont know what scarlets power is here. All those ER visits? No influence there. Its his inheritance, the state says its his money. The state of the marriage, the partnership, the joint decision-making? Thats an entirely different animal. It doesnt help to mix up the two, IMO. But i will stay out of the discussion from here. This sort of thing terrifies me!

It's 90-something here. You can have some of our extra "degrees." We have plenty to spare.

The cleaning folks are here working. I can't wait to have sparkly clean bathrooms again! Probably the one and only time I will allow myself this luxury!

Well I did not call L today. I guess I really don't want to after all or I would have. I was probably just trying to use the dream as an excuse to see her and subconsciously I knew that all along.

I don’t think Scarlet has any LEGAL right to her husbands inheritance. Honestly, he probably already knows that which is why he pulls that crap. In a community property state (such as CA) in the event of a divorce all marital assets will be divided 50/50 but I don’t think his inheritance is included in it. Where is our couch lawyers?

What bugs the crap out of me is that I know plenty of people who work their butts off countless hours a day and struggle to put food on the table for their kids and there are people who can’t hold a job that go and blow money on crazy a s s **** especially after they had to sell their house because they were running out of money.

But this is none of my business and I’m getting angry so I’ll just apologize and not say another word about it.

As one of the struggling, I find it hard to give advice in this situation. But, coming from 3 abusive relationships, I find many similarities. I can't do anything other than send well wishes to you, Scarlett.

I am feeling better with my increased seroquel. Had a bit of a T related meltdown at the shops and huge one when I got home. They are happening less often but I am still not recognising the fact that I can probably never see him again.
