You couldnt say the bottom became the top - it was shaken together everytime it was used. Not to mention, what magic held the bottles together? That old bottle neck ketchup turns into glue after 3 years?

Eta - it never fails. I respond to the first post i read where i left off, then the couch takes a mood change. I swear, i do not do this on purpose. Im just lucky i guess.

If food or food stuff isn't furry or smelly in the wrong way - I eat it.

Last night husband got drunk and came into my office and asked me to give him my therapist's number. After 9 years he suddenly wanted her number so I asked him why. He said he didn't want me to freak out but things are not going well between us and he doesn't feel that I'll be the person with him at the end of his life. Of course I knew things weren't going well - he treats me like a child- everything is his way or the highway. I refused to give him my T's number and he did say he was glad that I didn't freak out. All I asked him was if he wanted me to move out - he said no - that everything is ok. Very confusing.

This morning he texted and called from work to apologize and said that he was drunk last night.

Just when I thought T and I wouldn't have anything to talk about....

Ugh, I'm sorry Polibeth, that seems incredibly confusing. I'm glad you didn't give him your T's number.

Polibeth...I heard a saying that there are only 2 types of honest people in this world: drunk people and small children.

If my husband said something like that to me..then apologized and said he was drunk. I still would take it very seriously. People just don’t say that stuff then say it’s okay. There is nothing okay about it.

I agree. In fact, I was going to mention that I thought he was being honest because he had been drinking. He doesn't want to go to marriage counseling. He was being very confusing "I'm not happy but everything is fine" - he said a couple of times that everything was "fine" or "good".

We definitely have a lot to talk about.

I'm not clear what he thought he would have accomplished by talking to your T? Though maybe he wasn't clear either...

He probably keeps repeating that everything is fine because he realized he opened a big can of worms. But he needs to realize...it’s too late. He said it. There’s no going back on that.

Augh. I cracked my phone screen on Thursday (I dropped it) so I had to bring it into the Apple store and it took them an hour longer than they said it would to fix it, and then they accidentally wiped it so now I have to go through all this setup crap and my phone has been refusing to back up so it'll be an old backup and God only knows what'll get lost in the mix.

Plus I went sailing but I'm not very good and the wind kept shifting so I ran aground. The college kids that work on the dock had to come rescue me. (They were nice about it though.)

These are the sorts of things that are normally no big deal. But since I'm still recovering from two weeks of nights (and therefore feel sort of jet-lagged) plus feeling terrible about a bad patient outcome, I sat in the Apple store feeling like I was going to cry. And I never cry. I must have looked really glum because the Apple store people kept coming up to me and making sure that someone was helping me.

Husband and I had a long and honest chat. He's upset about our (lack of) sex life and I am upset because when he is home he never wants to go anywhere or do anything except sit around in his underwear watching YouTube videos. We came to some agreements to work on what is lacking in our relationship. We'll see how it goes the next few weeks.

((ch)) I know how it is working nights and having a bad patient outcome. Hopefully you feel better after some sleep.

I think I just got the world's fastest (female, medium-length hair) haircut. Which is good in a way because I tend to get panic attacks when getting a haircut (feeling like being trapped). But I'm kinda afraid to look at my hair...At least I have some actual haircutting shears here in case I need to fix a few areas...

Did you go to a salon or one of those chain places like hair cuttery or great clips? If it was a salon you probably have nothing to worry about.

We had a raccoon drown in the kids' pool this morning. H was showering and looked outside and saw it. Yelled to me to confirm, and I went out there and got it out of the pool with a shovel. Even managed to call animal control by myself and had them come over and pick it up to dispose of it correctly. Apparently raccoons out here have been testing positive for distemper.

My 4 year old also decided to cut her own bangs yesterday and she starts school on Monday. I'm going to take her to salon tomorrow but I don't think there's anything they can do to fix it.

And H decided to
Possible trigger:

Haven't called T because H has been around all damn day.
