Yes. We don’t that often. We usually just order at home. There was nothing said at dinner-not one peep.

After that I did some Christmas shopping. Now I’m home. Thinking about turning that movie Fractured on (I didn’t watch it yet). After that I’ll go to bed.

I'm going to the piercing place tomorrow to get a bunch of my piercings back in (all ear piercings in case you were wondering ). I usually see my this one particular woman, but when I just called them, they said she left 6 months ago I'm so sad. And scared! Last time I asked some other woman to put back a piercing, she pierced the wrong part of my ear!

My husband wanted me to tale out my piercings for our wedding. Two years later, and I still feel naked without them.

I see T in 3 days! I'm so nervous and excited! I'm stressed because I have so much to talk about, and I can't see her again the Tuesday afterwards because I have to go to a family meeting for my sister. Grrr. Maybe she'll do the week after that?

I'm scared too. This is the perfect time for L to leave me. She says she won't.

Oh, ((Kit.))

Maybe think of it as starting the next SH-free period now so you don’t do more?

Hi couch,
I'm trying to have motivation to do this week's essay for school, but I'm really slacking on it. I did all my discussions for this week & participation posts, just not this friggin thing yet. I just don't know how to start it and it's frustrating me. All today and yesterday I feel like I have zero patience for anything. I want to crawl out of my own skin. I think it's mostly the CPS thing but maybe weaning from the med too...I haven't heard more or received the letter so I don't know if the investigator switched it over to the caseworker yet. I'm supposed to hear next week about meeting the caseworker.

You're doing your best and that's all that matters.

You made it to 75 days! That's pretty big- i remember you posting about 50 days before.

Can you get yourself to a coffee shop or somewhere similar where you can just have some time for yourself. with no pressure to write just see what comes out.

It may not help but the CPS letter will come when it comes and no a second earlier. Simplistic for me to say let it be for now I know.

I found the jumps from smaller doses to be harder, maybe it would be better to consider going more slowly with withdrawing the medication?

Well it's almost 1 am here, so no coffee shop for me. I did manage to get the introduction done, which is always the hardest for me surprising. I'm going to try to go to sleep and then work some more on it tomorrow. I have until Wednesday night to get it done, just would like to get it done sooner so I can work on week 2.

And I'm supposed to hear something from CPS this week, it's just anxiety provoking to wait.
Pdoc did tell me that if going down from 10 mg to 5 mg was too much that I could cut the 5 in half and take 7.5 mg. I tried that the other day and the whole pill just broke. I might call on Monday and see if he can give me the 7.5 to try to wean down if I'm still feeling like this then.

Going to try to get some sleep now. Night couch!

Emailed T and asked for another session this week. I’ve only done that once before. I hope he doesn’t hate me.

Saboteur was fun. My friend group loves Betrayal at the House on the Hill. Kids and teens seem to like Ticket To Ride.

Hi Couch,

Today feels hard. The weather has improved (no wind at the moment, just grey.) Feeling overwhelmed and tearful for some unknown reason.

I purchased some after asking for help with a recommendation, but that pretty much sums up how I feel about that place.
Guess I'm lucky. Sephora is one of the more budget friendly yet good quality with good range stores in my country. My friend went with me and the assistant was helpful and didn't push anything. Yeah it was my first time buying makeup and I turn 30 really soon.

Well done for being aware of your needs.

I hope T can fit you in this week.

If I was a T I wouldn't hate my client for asking for extra help.

Cards Against Humanity!

My friend brought it over once and I thought it would be rubbish to be honest- but it was awesome.
