I bet a convenience store would have some sort of popsicle, like one of those red/white/blue things that looks like a rocket, and they're probably open 24 hours or at least later.

I've been sooo good about sticking to keto though for the past month (or maybe it's been more... I have no idea at this point).

I sneezed like 4 or 5 times today. One was just now. One was while i was making some Crystal Lite, the powder got up my nose. Might be time to clean the house!

My sister was talking about rocket popsicles like three weeks ago and I've wanted some ever since.

Crystal Lite up the nose sounds kind of painful.

Sometimes the cat drinks a lot of water like she's a camel and she's storing it in a hump.

I forgot to say That last night i made a meal from scratch, mashed potato and meatballs it must be nearly year since i have done that. If i couldnt pull it out of the freezer and heat it up i just didnt eat.

I managed to do my discussion posts for both my classes tonight and an small assignment for the one that started on Thursday.

Didn't eat today until after 9pm. Was just surviving off soda all day like I have been the past few days.

I am not from the US nor was i ever great at geography but today i learned that San Fransisco is in California in my mind it was this placeless place and to me if you say America i think of San Fransisco with the Golden Gate bridge peeking out of the smog and the trams and the steep streets. I know of New York and Washington D C , i was surpised also to discover there was a Washington state on the other side of the country. This was my mind blowing event of the day.

Residency graduation ceremony is today! I still have another two weeks of work, lol, but today’s gonna be a celebration!!!

I have the stomach flu And I think I gave it to H. I don't know how I got it. My mom had it, but I haven't seen her since before she got it. It's kind of scary that I got a virus and I've been pretty good about sanitizing, wearing a mask, social distancing, and shelter in place (minus seeing my sister and L). I must have got it from H or my sister going out.

Ugh, Scarlet, I hope you feel better soon. Maybe it could be food poisoning instead? Also, not to worry you, but Covid can include some symptoms associated with stomach viruses.

Any updates with your sister and her kids, in terms of custody?

It is such a fine powder, i cant help but inhale it. It gets me every time. I try to escape it by turning my head but i cant - its everywhere. Im a Crystal Lite Head!

I talked to a teladoc yesterday. He's the one who said it's probably stomach flu. Though you're right, it could be food poisoning.

No update with my sister. We won't know anything until July 30th For now, she sees the girls Thursday and Sunday for 6 hours each day, but she has to have a supervisor. She still has the baby though and doesn't need supervision with her. I guess the two CPS workers disagree with the custody of the all the girls.

i feel so relieved this morning, that i dropped that class yesterday. in addition to the horrendous grammar in the "textbook" it was also stressing me out seeing due dates every other day for the next 8 weeks.

I finished my assignments for my class yesterday, so I have a month break before my next classes start. I’m taking 2 classes next quarter because I don’t want to be in school forever. Hopefully the meds keep working for me and I don’t have a breakdown again. It was hard enough to catch up when I fell behind in 1 class.

Today I’m battling a tension headache and nausea. I seem to often struggle with not feeling well on the weekends. At least I’ve gotten some stuff done this weekend.

Hope everybody who is feeling ill feels better soon. I find lying in front of my fan with some ice on hand helps with nausea.

On that note, I hope @@ got through the fallout of accidentally eating that non-gluten free ice cream ok.

I decided to take my own advice and take my first shower since Monday. My hair is nice and clean now. Maybe I'll go get a popsicle since all the talk of them has me craving one.

It wasn't too bad. Stomach cramps and then (trigger for the kind of material that interests ex-hankster)

I just have never been able to get into popsicles. There's a box in my freezer I got free last summer and haven't touched.

Actually I don't like any flavored ice--water ice, sno cones, sno balls, paletas, and so on. It just feels like there's no there there.

I like sorbet and popsicles

I'm thinking about making some popsicles, but I don't know what kind.

I think maybe I will make one icy kind and one rich kind. The icy one will probably involve lemons. Maybe strawberry lemonade. For the richer one, I have some mascarpone in the fridge. Maybe something with that.

The trick will be catapulting myself out of this bed.

I have adult popsicles in my deep freezer that I made about 2 weeks ago. I think I've only touched 2 of the 12.

Pineapple and strawberry is a delicious combo.
