Sometimes when I'm really frustrated, I do a bunch of coloring - or a lot of scribbling - helps me get the Grrrrrrrs out. I know it doesn't solve a lot, but when I get some of the Grrrrr out, It can help me think better. And, it's harmless.

LOL!!!! How did I miss this post yesterday its hilarious! !! LOL...hey you should start a thread on who'd we rather have sitting in our T's chair..I vote for Jerry Lewis, he'd make me feel so much calmer and relaxed time I'd finished watching him squeal in the T's chair LOL

So sorry you are going through a difficult time.

I do like Erinbear-- when I'm feeling "out of sorts".... I color! I love coloring books! It's something I find relaxes me and the accomplishment only takes a short time-- to have a nice colorful picture.

Do you feel like talking about what happened in the session? sometimes it can help to get other's view/take on things.........
