I just got called into work for tomorrow, which means I'll have have my 8am session with T in my car in the hospital parking lot. I hate doing that, in part because I go into work mode and it's hard to have a productive session when I'm in work mode. I just can't open up and then 10 minutes later be totally professional. It's especially crappy timing because I feel so terribly awful right now.

I hear you, chihiro. That really sucks. 'I just can't open up and then 10 minutes later be totally professional'...it takes iron will to do that, I think, and it should definitely be a last resort.

I also saw your SH post. I think it would be better for you to have a T you can be honest with and not hide how you feel.

Probably not, since I’m working M-W and I see him next on Th. And I work till 6 or 7, so after work isn’t possible

Watching Sanditon while waiting for Professor T (all PBS shows) - just found out Pamuk! is the male love interest on Sanditon!!! hes not as cute as he was on Downton Abbey, but i cant believe i missed all the previous episodes!

Honestly i tried to watch the second series of Downton but just couldnt stomach it. I thought the first series started out well but went downhill fast.

I enjoyed it for what it was, just a period piece soap opera.

I watched it so many times, i got sick of it.

I cant breathe i feel like i am going to die. I have no idea what i am panicking about.

Possible source of panic symptoms i may have accidently made a cup of regular coffee when i usually drink decaf after noon

Bash the snow ploughs have been banging and beeping outside my window for a solid hour now. It’s four in the morning. It didn’t even snow last night; WTF?

I think they were trying to clear the sidewalks a bit, since they look a bit less disastrous this morning.

I took a bath until they were done and then miraculously did manage to get back to sleep.

Now waiting in my car for session to start in 15 min. I’m so sad and irritable.

I hope this isn’t an awful day at work—one of the other docs I’ll be working with is really lazy and I’m afraid she’s going to try to dump a bunch of her burden onto me (I’m the backup person today).
