My grandfather tried it for knee pain. Thought it helped.

I generally think anything is worth a go.

Maybe you could also try a massage too?

I've done acupuncture for sleep and for grief/anxiety, as well as muscle tension and tmj. As she's gotten more familiar with my issues she's tried different placements, and it's been a very effective intervention for me. I was going to say especially for the sleep, but really for all of the things she's treated me for. I now consistently get decent sleep.

In general, I am a fan of acupuncture - it has helped me a lot and quickly with some physical things. I have not uused it for sleep or depression. For sleep -the only thing I found that helped me is medical marijuana.

My first batch of jerky came out very well. I am now marinating another 4 pounds of flank steak for another batch. I am going camping in 3 weeks over our spring break and want to take some with me.
