well i made it to my 2nd break and only really got reamed badly once so far today. He called me all sorts of lovely names. Anybody else watching In Plain Sight all day marathon on Start TV today? I love the main characters. I watched it at night like 2 or 3 times thru, but couldnt watch it again. So the marathon is replaying all my favorites

Started Abilify four days ago. This stuff is making me so tired. I wish the day was over so I could just go to bed already.

This is the first year my therapist has not wished me a happy birthday. I wouldn't normally expect a therapist to remember it, but it's two weeks before his and he's remembered it unprompted by me before. I'm wondering if this is just him putting more space between us now. Whatever the reason, it's making me feel sad.

day 2 of phones down! I actually enjoyed myself today talking with people, believe it or not. Didn't hear one single "F" word all day.

Of course after work I went and purchased 2 bottles of my favorite moscato because phones are likely gonna continue into next week.

Wow there was only one post yesterday. The couch has seen more active days. I go a long time between visits but I’m also glad I have a place to come when I need a change of scenery or be among old friends. I hope the couch can live.

The Couch is practically a landmark in PC/MSF terms, Jersey.
