I got a doctors referral to go back this pdoc, he would only reduce my medication if I went to a psychiatrist again.
I sent off the referral and psychiatrist doesn’t want to see me again.
Whatever the reasons are, it feels personal and painful.
Still seeing psychologist so I’m still under some sort of supervision and feeling better on the reduced meds. I don’t want to come off it, but it felt like I was on too much, too tired and foggy.
Of course I’m feeling a lot of emotions and full feelings throughout my body which is something I haven’t felt for years.

Well @iheartjacques it sounds encouraging that you are having more feeling in your body. How does that feel in your daily life?
