Did you ever tell them something and they just said that it never happened? I feel like it affected my ability to talk about somethings. I used to have lots of hallucinations, usually auditory but sometimes visual. I sometimes knew they were not ‘real’ after, because of logic, but I did think I may be seeing into another dimension or experiencing something magical.
My T told me that it wasn’t real. Or that they were hypnagogic states or similar. They definitely weren’t, but it shut down that part of myself and I don’t know how to bring it back. Also I miss it. |

There are times I genuinely am psychotic/delusional and she will know and do reality testing with me, but I believe there are times I tell her stuff that is genuine and honest and she thinks I’m lying or at least exaggerating when I’m not. She doesn’t straight up say it though.
