I'm so miserable right now

Last night was not a good night, around 6:00 I started crying for no reason at all for an hour and a half. Then my head started hurting then started shaking bad. then I started having bad thoughts racing through my head. I got to get to the hospital, when i got there my Dr. was on call he asked me what was wrong and I told him I was miserable crying for no reason head hurting and shaking real bad. he like well u r depressed. why don't u call you're T. this morning i did that the lady on the phone said she was going to b out of town 4 2 wks. then I told the lady that my old T told me if anything happen to call her that she would be there 4 me, then the lady said she out of town today because she had to renew her license that T have to do every 4 yrs. then this morning. Dr. gave me some meds that I was on 5 yrs old then I had to be taken off it. he like take it and see what happens
