oh I hate this....I feel again I'm walking on the egg shells....hate when the anxiety is trying to take on me....
I feel butter flies in my stomach and I can't concentrate on my job....very bad....I have lots of due dates to meet....lots of job....and I'm not doing anything really....I know myself, I will catch up, but this is not good.... I wish I could learn how to live in the present moment....and how to focus on my current moment.....how wonderful that would be? thanks for reading my rants marjan |

What brought this current anxiety on Marjan? Maybe if you can work that out you can pinpoint when it started and take some anti-anxiety meds to help you? It is such a pity because things were starting to look so good for you...maybe that is a clue too? Rhiannon

okay....I got it why I had anxiety....It was that time of the month! plus, the little tiny change in my life

anxiety can cause many issues. i dont know what kind of work out you do at the gym but yoga is a calming in the moment type work out focus on breathing also tai chi is good for the same thing slow in the moment and breathing. i dont care for taking meds either but if they help you could take the anti anxiety as needed just to get you started. meditation in another practice used to calm anxiety. its alot i know but once you get started doing some of these practices you miss them when you dont good luck
