The combination of my coffee intake and my stress/anxiety level is making me feel paranoid about life and my interactions with others. Its 4:26am right now, and I've only slept about 2 hours "tonight". I am normally an anxious individual and I am very sensitive to comments I revcieve from other ppl whether they be good or bad.
I am going to try to reduce my coffee intake and see what happens. If anyone understands the neuropsychology behind ppl that have a high anxiety level as a base line rate and consume about 3 cups of coffee per day,,,can you plz fill me in? Thanks, Dublin_75

I do... but you should probably post this in the Anxiety forum, so that the right audience will see it.
