My boyfriend and I have been together for about 8 months now, and our relationship has been wonderful so far. We have our problems like anyone else, but we are happy.
However I have one problem that I just cannot get over how hard I try. Whenever he goes to his mothers I instantly begin to feel suffocated with dread and unstable emotion. I absolutely do not like when he goes over there. Whenever he is there she always brings him down to a point where he questions everything, becomes severely depressed, and acts on emotion. Because I'm human I'm a little selfish. Whenever he is there he hardly (if ever) talks to me. And if he happens to for a brief moment it's always negative. The entire time he is there I am extremely insecure and feel worthless and unwanted..alone even because when he is there he is never there for me when I need him. .... I don't know what to do... Advice, encouragement, and support is extremely appreciated Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hi Jena.garza.9. You are right about being a human with emotions ,and changing attitude, depending on environment and surrounding people can be taxing on the relationships and hurtful.I don't know how old are you or you bf.If he is young and affected my his mother's influence, then try to talk to him, explain the situation and your feelings, visit his mom with him maybe? If he is old enough to have settled mind, then things might be little more difficult, but meanwhile he is old enough to choose what does he want and who will make him happy, without hurting anyone's feelings. The key is discussion without blaming or finger pointing. Mother and girlfriend/wife occupy different places, noncompeting and requiring appropriate attention .I hope this makes some sense to you.I wish you the best of luck in resolving your situation and feeling loved and cherished.(hugs)
