There's not much you can do, try talking to a T or someone. They can help you sort our your situation and they're a huge help!

Faith- I can relate somewhat to how you are feeling. I often times get asked "what's wrong" or told I look angry or sad. Sometimes that is actually the case, but often times it's not! One thing that I found that helps, is to smile more often- even if it means making a conscious effort to do so, it can make you feel happier as well as make others around you feel your joy. Another thing I try to do which takes even more effort for me, is to try not to slouch. When I get involved in a project at work, after hours of not paying attention, I will realize that I have been slumped over and frowning or scolding for hours- this makes me tense, feel unhappy, and most likely, look unhappy. Those are just some tricks I try to stick to. Good luck.

Hello Faith.
I am sorry that you are having such a hard time showing emotions in your life. A therapist can help you to learn to show emotions without feeling threatened. Also journaling your feelings and volunteering are two good things to do if you feel like you need to learn to express yourself more openly. Volunteermatch is a good site to check out if you are wanting to volunteer somewhere.
many people have been helped through chats as well, because they feel that it is okay to express themselves in chat because they are not threatened by someone in showing their true emotions. Take care and good day Soidhonia
