My family and I need your prayers

I've finally realized that it has ME that has caused my family a lot of harm. I need prayers for strength and forgiveness and knowledge on how to proceed in peace to accomplish the maximum amount of healing between all members concerned.

(((tomi)))) you know hon in EVERY relationships it is NEVER one persons fault. It takes 2 to tango so to speak. I am glad that you and your family are working things out. I know it has caused you great pain. You and yours are in my prayers hon!

Know that you are on your way to healing when acknowledging your role. Only then, can you have an open dialog and work through the pain and work towards family forgiveness.

Also know that even when we create pain, it is not always malicious in nature. Most times, we only do what we think is right at the time and only hindsight is 20/20.

Thank you, Sabau. It was quite a shock to me when I reread some of my posts. Still trying to sort that out and bring nothing but love, compassion and understanding to the table. It's not easy.

There's a line in "Dirty Dancing" that has stuck with me... when "Baby's" dad came up to Patrick Swayze and told him "When I'm wrong, I say I'm wrong." I'm doing that now...

Each and every one of you has helped me today. I'm more at peace with what is going on in my personal life. I woke up pretty agitated. Now I can face what the day has for me today... and possibly tomorrow. Tomorrow could very well be very difficult for me.

Dear lady,
My thoughts/prays are with you. Realization, can be painful,but yet so beautiful,releases us from anxiety,and yet holds the precious potential of re-uniting with our friends,family,loved ones,etc.
I've been blessed to have had such a chance(s) in my life to feel, and know this special feeling, it's very much like "re-newal", ?
I may not have the right words/grammar, but know how special this can be.
I've also learned, and it can hurt,that others may not be forgiving,and that is "their problem",it hurts I can tell you.
Yes, I've had one case in my life (and it was here) where a person would and never will, to my knowledge,forgive something I said,but I taught myself not to obsess,I apologized,I meant it from my heart and there is or was nothing more I can do.
Life,people,many things, are strange, stuff so often beyond our control, boggles one's mind.
Sorry for my ramblings, but do know I feel for where you are coming from, as well as where things shall venture.

You do understand perfectly. I'm at a pretty difficult stage right now. Your words have given my spirit just a bit more floating power.

You are a tough woman that has endured some rough times. I understand that you feel like most of the problems are "your fault" but like everyone else has said you didnt create these problems on your own. You are willing to let bygones be bygones.. is everyone else?? or are they going to continue telling you how it is your fault?
I am proud of you, for taking that step! I know it isnt easy!
