Hmmm....I would have a hard time believing you could harm anyone.
You're a really nice fella! Ya know? So don't worry about stuff like that...
Move ahead into the warm sunshine...cause it feels nice and calming...don't it?

Nowhere....
I too cannot believe that you have ever intentionally hurt anyone, at least not here. I have read your posts, and even in the most difficult situations you have been able to keep your composure. Because of that, many situations have been defused, that in the past may have ended up in a locked thread.

I think you have more patience with people, at least at this site, than I ever will. But because of you, I try harder to practice patience.

Because of you I try very hard to post from my intellectual mind as opposed to my emotional mind. That might be easy for some people, but not me asking for forgiveness, and believe me sometimes that takes a heck of a lot of work........but your worth it asking for forgiveness.

If in fact you have hurt someone here, then I can't think of anyone who deserves forgiveness more than you.

Please take care of yourself!

For me nowhere,, it is better to forgive than be forgiven and that certainly includes myself...

I don't know what you've done that you see the need to ask for our forgiveness...but in my book your generosity of spirit removes any need for penance..

I'm in agreement with the others. From what I see of you here, I can't imagine you intentionally causing harm to anyone. So what happened - did you eat a big bowl of beans last night for dinner? asking for forgiveness asking for forgiveness

i spose i just feel that my need to express my emotions and dreams at times contradicts with what others wish for.. i am deluded enough to think that everyone can be made happy if sincere effort is combined with true compassion for healing... i believe strongly that everyones dream is important and that everyone needs to pursue it...

i have read on some posts how some unfortunates are seeking out their purpose.. i did that awhile too..

speak your own truth and you will find purpose

I've always thought you were friendly ....so this is confusing

Setting aside your dreams and other emotions and the contradictions you feel others wish for. Are you truly happy?

It's admirable you have chosen to care about all the suffering in the world, but you serve no one if you choose to be unhappy as well. You run the risk of becoming bitter. You have too much to offer to allow this to happen. You have a caring heart, big shoulders, and ears that work properly. You may not be able to heal all the suffering in this world, but you have made a major impact on many of us here. You and Muffy helped me through a very dark point in my life recently. asking for forgiveness I'm very grateful, and it's my wish for you to be happy.

i do care for you and everyone here so much, we all do matter and we all do make a difference... im very glad that you've been helped some here at PC, it is what we try so hard to do here and you are a valuable member because you aren't afraid to take on the big issues.. its that sort of effort that inspires me...

we have let this world get in bad shape... i was in depression so much of my life and just trying to find my own way out.. PC gives us a way to make miracles happen.. people can come together finally and understand our mutual sufferings, and even better, find ways to resolve them

i have ups and downs... its a cycle of suffering and healing myself to manage all this...

everything is going to be alright....

i too, let myself mess up things recently, it's part of our learning process.

forgiving is essential, and so is receiving it in return, but we can control only our side of the street.

whatever things appeared like, or look like even now, i remember there is this 'smoke and mirrors' thing.

and in the bigger picture, all the stuff that sucks our energy (like where we beat ourselves up or allow others to) pales in comparison to what our true purpose is in life, and the paths we walk daily, and the things we individually have to deal with, whole whole cha-cha!

forgive ourselves ... that's what we can do to move ahead. the sooner, the better.

and we more on to the wonderful dreams we have - without being held back, by ourselves, the past, our any other person.

peace and empowerment,
night

xoxo

very good nightbird, i agree with all you've said.. i began to feel a buildup of sadness for past harms.. i know my past behaviors were less kind than i am attempting to make them now... i've learned that i can project kindness to others and i've been able to improve my relationships with many..

im so thankful for those who are able to forgive.. it shows in their heart a kindness and strength that i aspire to grow within myself...

i think its great so many responded here, its this kind of spirit that can help the world in so many ways... you each are kind and wonderful people in my book...

i wondered if anyone really sees the point in blaming? i've wondered about it a lot cause when my mom had her accident, it changed all our lives so much and i asked myself who was at fault?

i thought about it for a really long time and i cant blame her..... i do wish we were able to talk about it more... i imagine she feels painfully guilty... i want her to know i forgive her, but that would mean its her fault....

fault is such a heavy label... i know it would break her heart if i blamed her...

The suffering is great and unfathomable to some, I care about the suffering of our planet, as well as what you add to it by being unhappy, and hope you and others can find something at some point to make you truely happy thus lowering the amount of suffering our planet has on it, at some point in time.

Kind Regards

One would not be a true human if they didn't sense or care about how they affect those around them, and how they affect the world as a whole. With that said, we can not do service to any dream or care if we allow it to become too personal.

It's good to care. It's not good to care "too" much. If we take to heart too much or too many things we become unusable, unable to put any feet to our cares.

It's important to take note of our past errs, but not carry them forward with regret. Review, repent, don't repeat, and recharge to seek better. Take on only those things we are able to do something about. Leave the rest to those who can take those other things on. Spreading ourselves too thin accomplishes nothing good and lasting.

Past regrets can weight us down unless we not only ask forgiveness, but are able to move on whether we receive it or not. The noticing of the err, and the pledge to do better is enough in that respect.

The only One who truly accepts the heartfelt request for forgiveness gratefully is the only One to whom it really matters.

thank you for sharing your thoughts Sky... forgiveness is a matter which i have at times believed in and other times i felt it was completely unnecessary as it involves the concept of fault... when fault is brought into a matter of concern, often there is a great amount of finger pointing, blaming, guilt, and denial.. the flames of passion to those involved in sorting out disagreements sometimes does little more than feed the fire...

for me, i prefer to glean the lessons and move forward... those who carry bitterness will feel its fate in time...
