How you holding up Phoenix? Hopefully you have stuff to do over the weekend to help pass the time a little. Will be thinking of you till Tuesday comes and hoping for the best. Maybe even better than you imagined! (Hey it COULD happen ... yeah?)

I have made a change - I SI'd a lot yesterday - I knew I would not be able to stop so I got rid of my tool - I was so dumb to do that - it didnt solve anything.... 2 days to go and I dont want it to come anymore - dont want it to be over - want it to be over - confusing arnt I  Hoping it will all be for the best

I feel really strange.... It went ok - I can see a T at her practive - my funding is not over - but she thinks im fixed - she thinks if I just use a technique that works I wont SI again - WHICH ONE!! - sigh.....
maybe I am fixed and Im just attention seeking - needy - dunno..... need time to process this - didnt get to do the EMDR I have been trying to have done for the last month - she's not leaving as soon as we both thought - has to work her notice - so I have another appt - for the EMDR - but am wondering what the point of that is..... if Im fixed.... and why I feel this way..... just sad.... shields up...

Why do they always pronounce you well at the convenience of THEIR timetable and then what USED to be your ILLNESS causing CONCERN suddenly becomes you "just being attention-seeking and clingy/needy"???
Something smells rotten about that song & dance, IMO. How you feeling Phoenix.?
