Doing good, had group today. That went well. My insurance expired and I have to re-enroll, so until I figure out how to do that no group next week, will miss my therapy appointment, and the week following I have an appointment with my pdoc to get my monthly Invega Sustenna injection, so who knows if I'll have it straightened out by then but otherwise I'm doing good

shower- check, dishes-check, still have yet to make the bed, which I really feel like climbing back into, sweep, and neaten up papers before husband gets home. I hate it when he comes home to a messy house. I hate that apathy wins over love(?) sometimes.

My brother who has shown no signs of mental illness posted on facebook today that he has been paranoid the last few days, and that people have been watching and talking about him. He's in the Army and I hope it is stress related, but being that he is younger than me by about 2 years we probably have the same common trait. Anyways I am a bit worried. I will ask him in the morning how he feels.

I'm healed! I'm cured!

The dr. took me off Abilify, and I'm reading for the first time in 4 months.

That' great!

I'm doing good, having trouble getting to sleep lately though.

Hey sorry to hear about your brother. On a positive side note, military work crazy hours and often have high periods of stress that cause this problem. It's not uncommon.

Yeah, I want to go BACK to bed. I wish I could get into my writing. It doesn't help that my sister's writing a book right now that I think is 10x better! I need so much to be published, to prove that I am someone more than I feel that I am. I'm on social security disability, and it's very easy to feel worthless, especially when strangers ask me what I do. My husband always says that I'm a writer. He's very sweet.

So..anyway, sleep might be the big event of my day, as well as being on computer, and being amused by my cat.

Let's not be hard on ourselves. Life's hard enough. Every little thing we do is important because it's something we've accomplished. Like washing hair, taking a shower or a walk..

I'm manic today, so I've already gotten a lot done! Took the cat to the vet, took the vacuum in to replace the belt, vacuumed the house. And it's only 12:00.

I've had an overwhelming day. My stepdaughter came to visit with her baby - which was wonderful - it's just that her husband brought his 4 little hyperactive boys with them and we live in the smallest apartment you could ever imagine being in. We fed all of them. Then, they asked us for $45 in gas money to get home. We're broke, so it meant sacrificing other things (groceries). Not a happy ending to a visit, but I was able to remain pleasant. So, I'm glad for that.

Still haven't fixed my sleep schedule, oh well. I guess it will have to be fixed by Wednesday when I have to get up early for my pdoc appointment.

About an hour ago a male computerized voice said I have 10 minutes to leave or I get hit with a laser. Subsequently I started hearing other voices try to connect to my thoughts. I use techniques to block the pain modulators and most heterodyning voices. I got super angry and my left jaw clicked and voices were different

Going to get my monthly injection today, good timing too since the last one seems to be wearing off a bit, there was a hint of mania yesterday but Klonopin helped a little and getting sleep.

What medication are you getting by injection? Just curious.
