they are everywhere...
they roam around now, around my house...
inconsiderately.
they used to hide but now they feel free.
i watch them, and i am not scared.
now i know my house is full of them.
roach shadows, rat shadows, and people.
just one really
she has little red lights in her eyes, and she never blinks. she never looks away. (she is the only one who i fear) sometimes i cant leave my bed cuz i am afraid... she sits in the corner in the hall... watching me. she is darker than the rest.
she is a black shadow.
the others are wispy, gray.

does anyone else see the shadows? do you doubt your own perception or do you accept them as real?

Jen, let her know you know she's there , she's a piece of your puzzle world she can't hurt you, the red eyes may mean she has seen alot of pain

they get in my way, they distract me... ill be fine talking to someone and there goes a shadow,, walking by and i look and follow its path with my eyes like a cat who ate too much catnip....
and the person looks at me kinda like , noticing that something distracted me.
and they usually shrug it off as if im just being shy or coy cuz they think i look so cute or something, or that im playing "dumb blonde"

the red eyed shadow is the one that calls my name. lately it sounds more like a hiss.
an airy raspy voice saying jennifer, ever so quiet so nobody else will hear... or maybe she thinks i cant hear and shes toying with me.

its not in me.
its outside

I only met the one shadow and that one was a healer.

I often see movement from the corner of my eye, but when I look, it's gone. That's hide and seek.

Birds play with me, and sometimes fairies visit.

I don't know why people are afraid of ghosts.

Oh, also, a black shadow has rushed at me a couple of times. My burst of fear drove it away.

hi-

I have similar 'hallucinations' though not as severe as yours. I see shadows darting around out the corners of my eyes, sometimes they are small shadows of things like lines and black dots and bugs, ocassionally they are big human-like shadows.

I have what i've named 'The Shadow Land" which has been living within me all my life. This land consists of hearing strange voices inside my head (mostly having conversations with each other, ocassionally commenting on me)

My body is inhibated by these shadow people. I feel possessed/feel them living inside of me, moving around, trying to get out and such. I also see visions of other worlds/lands, gaping wounds with gushing blood, strange people and evil faces.

Most of my "hallucinations" manifest themselves inside of me.

I have accepted them as real.

Im sorry this is so scary for you. Are you on any meds? I have chosen not to be on antipsychotics right now (for personal reasons) but i take antidepressants which help significantly with the fear and panic attacks i use to get from all the hallucinations and paranoia. I still have all the hallucinations and such, but it is much more tolerable because my antidepressants control my fear and panic.
