Roll call

This thread has become something other than a daily check in place, but I'm OK with that. I eat one big meal a day consistantly, just snack for the restof the day, mostly. This agrees with me.

I'm a wee bit jealous of your ocean view!!

the one time i visited the ocean there was a hurricane and everyone was evacuated. i still like the ocean though. and lakes.

i think it was okay. i didn't know anyone there. the evacuation was precautionary. i could see the storm out on the horizon though. it was really beautiful. there were turtle nesting sites and i hoped the baby turtles would be okay.

i wonder if im going to hell anytime soon.

Have you eaten today, newtus? Are you laying off the coffee?

do whatever works for you. Other things to consider besides drugs and medication, ... accupuncture, hypnsosis, and even biofeedback.
good luck all. There are alternatives to medication and medications severe side effects.

Oh, I tried tapping. It was fun but it never really worked and when I did it in public, people thought I was hitting myself in the face.
