I spent five hours today crying, but I haven't got all my notes together for the exam tomorrow. I have a massive headache. My diet has gone to **** so my stomach hurts. I have no idea how the law works. Time for another panic, methinks.

but thanks for the insight i guess. my appts tmmrw. im dont think im gonna be honest about my voices or being homicidal or anything like that. i want my xanax. i want my ambien. i want focalin. thats what i want.
