each year its worse and/or something new.
RIGHT NOW last post i mentioned the plane.
it came then went.
this is the second post.
its COMING BACK.
every.time.i put.my hand.to.the.keyboard.

i TALKED about this in roll call about how i was able to bend time/stop it to where things come and go at my "will". they start/stop so to speak. i tested this for an hour last night. i was able to move a part of my body and stop time. dead.

supposedly theyll be setting up some network for us from the county but for the county ONLY.

I'm not convinced the guy on the back of your property is following you. He could have a legitimate reason to be there. If he's spying on you, he's not being very subtle about it. He's wearing a bright orange vest!

The plane is extremely unsubtle. It looks like he's going out of his way to draw attention. If I were you and it continued for much longer, I'd try to figure out who to complain to.

but not really all bad. his movement and placement isnt subtle

But using that reasoning anyone you encounter anywhere is a potential stalker. There's a tiny chance that he might be stalking you, but it's far more likely that he's just out there doing his job. If I saw the same thing behind my house I doubt I'd think about it at all - much less think it had anything to do with me personally.

And the airplane would annoy me, but I wouldn't think it was directed at me personally in any way.

Sometimes you see the same person again and again because your paths happen to cross a lot. You live or shop or work in the same area.

It could be that plane has some reason to be there that you're not aware of. You really don't know. You're making assumptions based on fear. If you ask more questions, you might find out.

Personally I would find that plane annoying if it were flying so low over my place, but I'd probably ignore it. If I were as disturbed by it as you are, I would try to figure out who to ask and to see if they could take their business elsewhere.

them and their friends/neighbors too.
i got chased down by some hidden house neighbor
earlier this year
in my car.

I don't know about handcuffs and hospitals, but it would definitely reduce your credibility.

Scary things tend to get our attention. Our brains are wired to focus on danger so we can keep ourselves safe. Sometimes our brains go into overdrive, though.

That's why I worry about you chasing planes around with a video camera or sitting up all night trying to stop time with your mind. It doesn't seem wholesome somehow. It seems like it's going to lead somewhere you don't want to go and you may have a hard time finding your way back without outside help.

i can tell you care to an extent about who i am.
the tricks im talking about are pulled on most everyone
the suicidal/homocidal intent question.
theyll put it anyway they can:
"do you feel like you are going to hurt yourself?"
"are you wanting to not live?"
"is someone making you so angry you want to hurt them?"
it doesnt matter how they put it. its a trap.
oldest trap in the book.
i know the trick. but sometimes those mental health pros creep in.

it feels great to vent my fear/stress/nervousness here

and i believe this stuff to a great extent
