Last night every time I would raise my left arm, it was suddenly covered in huge black bruises. But when I put my arm down they would go away. My arm doesn't hurt, didn't hurt then, either. It hasn't happened again since.

Also last night I saw shadow man (right before this happened...) Do you think it could be connected?

I'm curious....did you try raising your right arm, too? And?
Were you moving or active when you saw the face?

Clinical as it may sound...is it possible that your movements lowered your blood pressure and maybe affected your vision?

I dunno. That's what came to mind when I read this. Sometimes if I'm not feeling right, movement will affect my vision, and it's repeatable/recreate-able.
Thanks for this!

Shadow man is a hallucination I have somewhat regularly although randomly, he isn't always a shadow, sometimes he's full color if the lights are on wearing a blue and white striped shirt, but he has no legs (he does but they are blurry) and no face, just a blurry area where his head should be. I was walking from the bedroom door to my desk, which is about 12 feet or so. It was dark, yes, but I clearly saw him standing by the couch and then he turned and sat down. I saw this head on, not out of the corner of my eye. This time he had a whispy quality to him. I almost screamed, but I was holding a sleeping baby, so instead I just quickly sat down on my chair. I hate seeing him, he scares me.

It was maybe an hour later I saw the "bruises" and I was raising both my right and left arm and it was only my left arm.

I was wondering if they are connected as in, I was already having one hallucination so maybe it lead into anoher one?

Last night driving home I saw what looked like a woman's legs in high heel shoes sticking out of a car door and kicking frantically as I drove passed, but once I came even with the car it was happening to, the car door was closed and no one was in it, so the legs had been coming through the closed door (but they disappeared.) I thought a lady was being attacked at first.... blah. -.-

I'm coming to the conclusion that for me, these seem to come in little bursts. I will see/hear things like a few days in a row. Then they go away and I don't have them for weeks or months, (and for a long time it had been years....) I wonder what the trigger is...

Left arm (only) implies heart. Bruised heart?

Your visitor is a man.

You saw a woman in the car that wasn't in a good situation.

Is it possible that this is a matter of the heart? Been thinking about a past relationship with brother, father, lover that you wish might have gone better?
Thanks for this!

No. I don't have a brother. Me and my dad get along as well as we can. Me and my husband are doing really good right now. I have no regrets about my past relationships, I am where I'm supposed to be in that arena.

No, it's okay. I don't freak out very easy.

Just trying to track when they happen. I have a check box on my mood tracker for hallucinations, seperate ones for visual and auditory.

I was thinking about what Arthur said about the bruised heart and that, yes, that night I had a small argument with my husband, which we've resolved pretty quickly. Maybe it was stress from that, because I was feeling sad. Could be.

Yeah maybe, I was going to say - maybe they are projecting things to you, but then you'd have to be a target for that, but it's aloways good to know there are other ways.

I don't feel projected on. I've actually the last few days been feeling sort of powerful. I used to feel this way a lot many years ago.

This thing I used to notice is when I am about to drive under a streetlight, it will burn out. I used to notice that a lot when I was younger. I would think, "did that burn out because of me?" Because I'm powerful enough to blow out the street light? Then it stopped happening, but I also stopped feeling so powerful. I haven't noticed it happening for years. I would even think sometimes "I used to burn out street lights, now I don't."

Well.... ah ha! Suddenly over the past month, I notice every time I drive at night at least one street light will burn out as I drive under it. Every day (I drive at night every day.) Every day this is happening. At least one. Sometimes two. so I am wondering, is it me? Or is it that I'm thinking it's me and it's just coincidance?

I find that happens to me too! I'll have halucinations for a few days then they disappear sometimes for weeks or months! So I can relate . I also find I halucinate when I'm under stress too.
Thanks for this!
