i drew this picture to describe the flow of the electrical currents that run through my brain and zap my brain every once and awhile. and which way they usually flow. they come especially right before i hear voices.

have you heard about anything that could help alleviate this from starting. The electrical current could they be minimized so decrease the risks of voices or hallucinations?

i have no idea what would minimize this.

its either something thats innately in my head OR
something is sending shocks to my brain.

I have something similar, well not sure if its similar , but its something with power flowing through my head. It kills the words when I try to speak. Well I dont try, I do actually speak, but some of the words are electrically killed before reaching my mouth. This along with the external force field doing a similar thing ruins any attempt at conversation.

well..they feel electrical like if i touch something metal and got zapped from built up current


sometimes they feel like a flowing wave of energy like an electrical arc.

like if my ears were on each end where those poles are and the energy arcs over the back of my skull

I don't understand the question. You mean about the vitamin deficiency/food intolerance comment? Yes, in that I was refering to you.

The only time I've heard about brains zaps is in relation to people withdrawing from antidepressants (and I guess benzos and sleeping pills too). But that tells you that some chemical changes can cause this sensation. It's worth investigating, I think. If you could find a vitamin or mineral deficiency that has that symptom, maybe you'd have an important clue.

Or maybe this is happening because you've been abusing benzos and you've stopped taking them?

it doesnt happen all the time.

i dont take antidepressants
and i havent taken any benzos in at least 3 weeks maybe a month.

well i think i took 1 or 2 this past month. but that was 1 day.

Maybe it's a vitamin deficiency. I know low vitamin B12 can cause pins and needles feelings - in the limbs, I think. I don't know about the brain. It's easy to get low on it if your diet doesn't include animal products. Also, some people have trouble absorbing it. There's a sublingual form available, because so many people have trouble absorbing it in the gut.

This interests me, newtus, because it's pretty much the same pattern my headache pain follows. After initiating at both the forehead and the neck, it meets as a knot at my temples ... Then shoots out to the back of my eyes. From there it often becomes so bad that I "black out" I suppose and later (6-8 hrs) surface in a sleep state where I remain another 4-6 hrs.
These are not migraines, according to neurologists. I can't take any standard pain killers, like Vicodin--even one prescription dose sends me over the top to psychotic and into a psych unit.
Well, I guess they work--I forget the pain, but I forget where I am, who I am, who everyone else is, etc.

im not sure how to test for something like that.

but meat makes my stomach feel heavy and i feel nauseated.

ive had severe migraines or what i think thats what they are since i was 9. i was put on pain meds off and on since i was 9 too. it was and still is bad. never been to a nuerologist though...
but...but sometimes the pain meds dont help and they are prescription! nothing else helps either. sleep doesnt. i can goto sleep and still have it when i wake up.

You are good at drawing and wow, you are very smart to realize what is happening to you. I feel an electric current as well. It is on my head, shoulders and whole body. It feels like a light presence that abides over me and draws up above and about me, like an aura or something. I used to go to a secluded park and wait until evening and cry, scream and mourn about things and then I would go home relieved. One day I was laying on the ground at this park (which no one else was ever there when I would do this) and I was just balling like a baby, I was expressing every injustice, woe etc. and really getting to the root of all of my burdens. Suddenly, about thirty to fifty feet away, a telephone pole exploded right before my eyes. The sparks went everywhere and there was thick smoke. I kept crying because I was in too deep and couldn't turn back by that point. Later I looked to see if the power had been knocked out of the neighborhood that was supported by those power lines and all the lights in the windows etc. were still on. I was also almost struck by a thick lightening rod, ten feet away. It made the hair on my whole body (yes I have hair over my whole body) stand up with static. There is a whole bunch more of these events. I am interested in learning more.

the problem is i dont know.
i can tell anyone most of what i experience.
but i dont know what happening.

i still dont know about all this mental health stuff either.
some things just arent being explained or dont add up. and i..idk i dont want
to go my whole life in confusion of what happens in my mind. and body.

Me too. I kind of wish I could have a NDE (near death experience) because I have read thousands, and about 90% of the people who experience this are allowed to ask all the questions they have possibly imagined, and the answers are always given immediately through something like telepathy.

The thing is though she is the only person that does listen to me, no one else does.

It's one of the B vitamins. I don't know which are the best food sources. I just know that vegans have to supplement it or they become deficient.

the hospital i was in in december actually ****ed up my MD because they TRANSFERRED records of my mental health to him. they DIDNT NEED To and wouldnt let me say no. i shouldve never said i had one or told them a fake one or my old one. cause now i have to got a new md and i got this recent one through family recommendations he saw other members of my family. so im really pissed off. i want my physical and mental health to be as seperate as possible. if anything id tell him i have depression or anxiety but i DID not want my information about Schiz going to him and they m_therf_ckers SENT that crap to him. they wouldnt continue my treatment if i said no.

i have a severe migraine right now to where i feel like im going to throw up. seeing lights flicker and lights turning diff colors. some auras. and hearing voices. but i think this has been triggered by stress. my migraines dont trigger voices. so its both stress.
