Well, so much for keeping a low profile. My coworker brought her 3-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter in to see the chicks. OMG! I think these chicks now officially qualify for a dx of PTSD! Especially the one the little girl liked best.

My cat has a similar problem with my almost 2 year old. He just wants to love and hug the kitty to pieces... of course kitty isn't really up for that so we have to keep close watch. However, my cat runs and hides pretty quickly when he hears the happy squeeling baby coming his way.

One of my coworkers was bringing his daughter, because she was off school today. I brought the chicks so she could see them. Then I told another coworker who follows my posts about my chicks on facebook. So she brought her kids to see them too.

Just kind of a light day-before-the-holiday thing.

I wanted to be kind of quiet about it, but no such luck. The chicks were cheeping very loudly once those little kids started playing with them.

Ack, I've felt that way about my laptop before. D: That's not fun.

In good news, I'm listening to My Chemical Romance at length for the first time now that I have that spotify thing, thought of you, KUREHA. xD I honestly didn't know what the big deal was, but then I heard Teenagers, and...can't stop laughing.

Starting to have thoughts of hurting stalkers again.
I don't know why, I was happy yesterday.
I think I'm just sick of the surveillance.

It's anxiety. Are you taking any medication right now?

Bummer. I was thinking a med might bring the anxiety down.

So, I now have 21 chickens, including the 10 chicks that hatched last weekend and 2 youngsters that are almost 5 weeks old. I'm getting too many roosters, though. I have one full-grown rooster and two that are about 3 months old. One of the 5 week olds was doing little baby crows a couple of days ago, so that makes 4. And odds are half of the chicks are roosters as well. I need fewer roosters.

Does anyone have shortness of breath from being so exhausted from medium to high dose AP's?

I'm just confused on how some people function with AP's

My son used to complain of shortness of breath when he was on a higher dose. I really think the key is to find the lowest effective dose.

Yes, but only when I'm psychotic which usually happens when I get really stressed out. Then there's the music, the smells, and the skin crawling bugs along with severe paranoia...

I didn't know that. When did you start taking the Abilify, Kureha? Weren't you taking a different AP when you were getting the injections?

I liken the holiday's to Bill Murray's "Groundhog Day".

It's the SAME sht every year. Same music, same decorations, same Xmas movies, same everything.

It's maddening!

I got back on my antipsychotic and I feel so much better now. I feel more stable and now I can focus on my school work. I'm very behind and have quite a few essays to do, but I am hoping they can all get done this week since I only have 2 weeks left of the semester before winter break. I'm so excited for winter break since I really need to relax and focus on chores.
