What's your coffee intake like? I know you like the 5 hr energy which is great unless you go through withdrawal....if you haven't had any caffeine I would get at least a little bit till the headache goes away.

yes i am aware of that too. so i wasnt completely sure. ive been getting migraines since i was 9 years old though. they are mostly stress related and i wonder if they have anything to do with it being so cold today (weather related?) idk. my central heating/air is broke. so its freezing in my house. but i wonder if its stress related too. being home alone all day. isolated. day after day after day.

They actually put caffeine in several of the headache meds for this very reason and because it increases drug absorption...I would try to keep your coffee intake pretty constant...we learned about this in medicinal chemistry....basically the guy said coffee isn't dangerous at all but you cannot stop using it without getting headaches.

Today they covered a woman who developed postpartum psychosis, was separated from her baby & hospitalised where she underwent ECT. One of my fears is that if I ever have a baby, which I really want to do one day, I'll become completely psychotic, so it touched a nerve because of that. Then there was the pretty graphic ECT scenes, which brought back bad memories.

I'm trying to distract myself by watching a fluffy rom com...

Im sorry that was a trigger. Sounds like a sad story too. I dont think we have that show/ movie here.

I have read all the James Harriot books from over your way....All things Great and small....about a british veterinarian. I have all his books. Do you know of them?
